Friendly atmosphere, had a great selection at a great price. Overall it was an awesome experience and Kevin was very friendly and informative. Went to 5 different furniture stores before we found Yvonne's. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, it was right at my budget as there were no hidden fees. The best part was that when I left the store, the furniture was already loaded in the back my truck. The whole experience was about 30 minutes from the time I got in the store to browse to out the door with the product loaded in my truck. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade thier furniture! Thanks Kevin!
Yvonnes furniture. Buyers beware. Purchased a sectional in March 2018 with a 5 year warranty. About a year after purchase the sectional started losing filling on seat area I contacted Yvonnes and because of covid he said he couldn't bring couch into shop to repair . So we waited and couch seats just got worst. Finally he agreed to fix sectional and suggested that I sell it after its repaired and he would sell me another couch. I didn't think that I should have to sell my couch instead of them honoring the warranty. Anyway the repairs started as soon as I could arrange for someone to transport 1 piece of sectional at a time because they would not pick up and drop off. When I purchased this sectional I payed 100 cash upon delivery to my address. Because I couldn't produce my sales reciept at the time. After I found my reciept they delivered my furniture after three repair. When they returned my two recliners after the fourth repair they were delivered in an SUV. The seats looked like they were going to explode because of the way the were fixed or filled. One of the recliners was taped with duct tape to close up where they have opened to fix I think. They still have four pieces of my sectional that they have not returned I have the backs and they have had the bottoms for months. Here is pictures of the couch after the fourth repair as well as the backs from the couch that has not been returned. I have also been in contact with the BBB which they decided not to respond to. Look gor yourself pretty obvious that they have not been properly repaired.
Yvonne’s is the best furniture place around! We picked up a super comfortable sectional and ottoman, and then grabbed some bunk beds for the kids. We will for sure be going back when the time comes. Super friendly, amazing prices and great customer service.
We were on the hunt for a three seater sofa and found an ad on Facebook’s buy and sell for Yvonne’s. I started conversing with Jacob and found one we liked. Through our conversation, my husband and I decided to pop into their store so we could see the sofa first hand. We were greeted by Jacob who was with other customers. We had a look around until Jacob was free to chat with us. He came over and we discussed our needs and we left there with a chair as well as a sofa. He gave us an amazing deal!! All through our transaction he was dealing with three other groups of people.” as he was the only one in the store that day. Not once did we feel like we were being rushed or pushed out the door. He was extremely helpful with all of our questions, eager to please and knowledgeable on his products. We had to come back the next day to finalize our purchase and we’re met by Jacob’s brother Jason. He too was alone but the store wasn’t that busy so we had quite a conversation with him. He filled us in on how long it would take for our furniture to come and why. Again he, like Jacob, Jason was professional,courteous and visited with us. This will be my stop for any furniture needs from now on. Yvonne’s is a family owed and operated store and I like to support that. It is so difficult for the small businesses to make it in this crazy world today, so if you need furniture at great prices, drop by Yvonne’s. You won’t be disappointed!!
This store has very bad warranty service. Fight with zucora who they use for 2 years trying to get repairs to our furniture. Finally they agreed to give us store credit. The store does not have anything in stock. I ordered something in May and was told a couple of weeks. Still waiting. Last response was maybe January it will come. Can you believe how long it takes to get something. What a joke. They just want to rip you off. Do not buy anything from them. They have very bad customer service.
Scott was helpful in meeting our needs. They sell Canadian products at fair prices. They delivered what was asked even though we were very picky. I would recommend.
We were fighting with the warranty for over 2 years, finally they said they couldn’t replace or fix our sofa. They agreed to give us store credit and I ordered a bed. I’ve been waiting since may. They said July it was coming and now they tell me maybe January. They don’t have anything in stock I like and won’t give us our money. This is very bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store. Well after 8 months of waiting, I finally get the bed and guess what? It’s the wrong friggen Color. I ordered espresso they sent me Grey. Unreal. It’s just one problem after another.
My husband and I were very happy with the customer service we received here. From the minute we walked in our sales rep wish I got his name! Was very personable and didn't stink of that greasy "I'm only here to sell you something" sale man vibe. There was no pressure in buying, he spoke very little about the product and was more interested in us, what we do, where we where from and would walk away for us to browse which was pleasant. When it came to the purchase of our beautiful new couch that already had a reasonable sales price on it I asked if they would go lower and they did! So we got our new real leather reclining sectional for a quarter of what it would originally cost else where. I was quite pleased and didn't feel any judgement passed by the salesman. My couch will be delivered Wednesday so all though the process isn't complete we're very pleased with the services we recived here and the selection of furniture was beautiful and reasonable priced for all types of budgets. Would definitely recommend checking it out!
I recommend checking these guys out. We shopped everywhere with no luck and when we did find something we liked, it was going to be at least October before it would be available. By the time we got to Yvonne’s I was frustrated, but that was quickly changed when we found exactly what we needed and it was even in stock. We felt zero pressure to buy and we were treated well. Delivery was super cheap and done the next day. When we got the couch there was a small tear in the material, I contacted the store and they said they would replace it without a problem. There were a few troubles with matching the pieces due to different dye lots, and the delivery person had to make a few trips to get it all done, but they didn’t leave us hanging; They were determined to make sure we got what we wanted and that we were happy. Overall, it was a good experience, despite the few mishaps, I would definitely shop here again.
I would 100% recommend these guys! We got our couch back in February and have been LOVING it. So comfy. And the service in their store was amazing - so friendly right when we walked in, and so helpful without ever being pushy. We did have to wait a little while for our couch to arrive - but that is incredibly understandable considering the global backlog in manufacturing due to the pandemic. You see this is many retail businesses right now Thank You Yvonne's for being amazing! We will definitely be back!
