DO NOT SHOP HERE. The store is a complete joke. Their "discount prices" are almost non-existent. Their stock does not change. Paid 100 dollars for their "free layaway" service, which they held hostage and would not refund after we decided against the bed set we initially held. We were told we could only have in store credit; an in store credit that decreases without being used after only a few months. In an OVER-PRICED surplus store with STOCK THAT DOESN'T CHANGE, tell me, what good is an IN STORE CREDIT THAT EXPIRES? We did not purchase anything, and the bed set we were interested in remains in-store 6 months after cancelling our hold on it. Why could they not refund money not spent? After speaking with the manager, who might as well have said, "You're sh** out of luck" when we explained our case, we bought a CHEAP OVER-PRICED lamp we didn't want.... and they would only sell us the floor model.

I liked their table sets here, we seen some affordable pricing options for different things here. The employees were helpful.

Poor return and exchange policy. They have a strict 72 hour return policy, even on products that are fully packaged and unused.

I was shopping here and I saw an employee colouring over some scuffs and scratches on a leather sofa with a brown sharpie so they matched the colour of the rest of the sofa. Also for the prices they’re charging, the sofas should be made of genuine leather rather than the fake leather they’re actually made of.

We bought a sectional for $1448 when we arrived at the store to browse, there was an Ashley furniture advertisement price comparison on the couch which it stated the price right from the Ashley website was $1499. This is an Ashely piece it is beautiful we love it but upon getting it home we realized the same piece which they told us in store at Ashley was 1499 was actually onsale for 1299 and had been for a week. This is false price comparison and misleading of sales and if this is the way they run their business I will not be back. It's unfortunate we were looking at a bedroom set as well but there is no way we will return if that is the shady sales tactics they are using. We bought the ultra pet replacement plan but after reading reviews hopefully we won't need to use it as it seems this company is not as transparent as they say they are. I will be contacting BBB tomorrow as what they have done can't be legal and I can't recommend a store that does business like that.
