Wanted to order laptop for 2000$. They reached me the another day that they do not like my free gmail address and they need some non-free email address to verify me since I am a new customer. They also asked for some other phone number to verify me as well...
Why the heck they need to verify me to process my request? I paid through credit card (could not they verify me through my visa card?), I gave them my email, cell phone,  order successfully was paid, what else do they need? I am unemployed for 1 week so I could gave them what they wanted. 
I cancelled my order right away and ordered my laptop on Newegg, never PC-Canada ever again...

Unfortunately, not a good experience for me. It was my first experience with these guys. I did an online order and ordered two items. So they shipped me out one item, but overcharged me, even with the s/h included it would not have been that much. I contacted customer service and she said it wasn't her responsibility to deal with this...OK?! I was just doing basic math with her over the phone to show her my point. So now I will have to file a dispute with my credit card to get things fixed.

Also, this is just advice for anybody wanting to deal with these guys...do not order anything on back order. The price you see will not be the price you will be paying. For example, if you order a product and the present price is $10 and it goes up to $20 ... the present charge is that. Strange practice, but they are still in business, so I guess they are doing something right. Good luck guys.

From my experience this was a horrible service, one of the worst websites to order PC parts from, customer service was not good, they put low holiday prices to lure you in and then they charge you $150 more after all the holiday deals from the other websites are done. I received no replies from E-mails that I sent and nearly two moths after I had bought two parts from PC Canada they told me that one of the parts was not going to come but I had called there customer service earlier and they confirmed that the product would be shipped on the 15th.

Extremely helpful staff that know what they are talking about and are willing to help you with any inquiry. My purchasing experience went well,  and payment was verified within hours. My order shipped out the same day and was delivered the next day, the packaging was adequate. I highly recommend anyone to check these guys out as they most of the time hold a very competitive price and after service support is great.

Amazing customer service. They have a call center in both Français and English. They are incredibly fast, polite and diligent. I have had only great experiences with them.
