Initial request for information was received very quickly and was helpful. I requested pricing for shipping/handling and have never received a response, even after repeated email and phone message requests over a 2 week time period. Too bad, potentially a sale now gone. Update - two days after this post I received a phone call and parts are hopefully now being shipped.

Purchased outdoor coach lights but no mounting hardware was included in the packaging of one of the lights. Company does not return voicemails left requesting a call back. Retailer I purchased from no longer carries the product. I do not recommend their products due to lack of customer service.
