I sent them over a layout to quote office partitions. The quote came back completely different than what I had asked, they disregarded the second page of the layout. I called to clarify, the man who answered did not understand and couldn't get the total QTY right, I said 6 he insisted it was 4. After the quote was sent, I reviewed and had not got around to replying. It 6 minutes for him to convert it to a sales order without my go ahead and send me the bill?? If they cant handle quoting 6 partitions I doubt they will be able to help with any larger projects.
