From start to finish this trip has been amazing. The front desk went above and beyond for us not once, but twice. First making sure my son got the most out of the experience for his birthday and secondly when I checked out and left my phone in the room by accident they were completely understanding and allowed me to run back up and have a look for it; I am so grateful. The waterpark was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the arcade too. We will definitely be returning!

Water park is fun and great for younger kids! Lots of life jackets available and balls for water. Waves cone on every so often so make sure littles are wearing life jackets. Staff were super friendly!! Rooms are standard. Maybe could use better cleaning though. Cobwebs in corners and a spider in tub. But the breakfast buffet was yummy even though pricey its convenient with kids to stay at one spot.

Water park is big and beautiful! Tho it's not so big that you eyes on the kids in second flat :) Very clean and friendly , lots of staff around to assist. Would stay again in a second. Both my teenagers and 3 yr old had a blast and that's a big age gap to statisfy. Worth every penny!

Was at a ball for FACS. A good time was had by all. Very impressed with every aspect. Americana did a great job. Well worth considering for balls, weddings and formal events.

Very nice, clean hotel. FreshCo is right next door, Domino's and other fast food places all within a minute drive. The waterpark could be a bit warmer. It's fairly small, but it doesn't seem that kids care. Very nice arcade with plenty of games.
