Service people on the phone are very helpful and pleasant. My problem is with what I have to do to online to report and mattress we purchased Feb of 2017that has failed. After 3 days of trying to file a report online. Very frustrating to say the least . It instructs me to take picture at least 2 of under my bed. One of the top to show the kind of rails we have. Which means we would have to remove both box spring and mattress from our bed to take the picture. There has to be a better way to get service when a mattress fails. I paid 1332.26 for the set. amazing place to go...salesmanship ( Long N. ) lifes good!!! selection at the brick is top notch and my house is 55% furnished with the brick Barrier and 45% Leon's Furniture. If you are planning to buy see LG and he will not only take your money but will get product that you will make you happy and come back for more down the road. If the number 2 salesman at the brick can't sell you product who will. But honestly test his knowledge if need to but he knows his stuff,

*** TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ***BARRIE "THE BRICK STORE" (DO NOT GO HERE) Very disappointed with customer service. My husband bought a sound bar last Saturday on sale at The Brick, they had to order it in as there weren't any at the store. It was in on Wednesday so he picked it up, but upon installing it, it was not compatible with our TV, so he bought a cable a Best Buy to accommodate the sound bar. Bottom line, was not a fit for our TV. Today we called the store to make sure we could return it to the side of the store which had a sign "exchanges". NOTE: HAD THE SOUND BAR FOR 3 DAYS My husband talked to a staff member who relayed that they did not accept exchanges or refunds. SAY WHAT! A large corporation like The Brick, that is why we buy from big box stores to ensure we are looked after. She said the Manager was busy and would call us shortly. After not receiving a call back, 3 hours later, we took the sound bar back to the store. Upon entering, keep in mind an ice storm is in full swing, there were not more than 5 customers in the entire store. A staff member or two were sitting on couches, and a team of people sitting at the back of the store behind desks. The girl told us there was nothing they could do, so we asked for the manager. The first question my husband asked was, "did you get a message to call me 3 hours ago". He said yes, but he had been busy. I don't know it looked like he was just sitting in his office with another staff member. It looked like a lot of people doing not much at all. All he kept saying was its in writing on the back of the form. Really! Can you believe this? Unless it was not opened, no exchange possible. We had no idea it wouldn't be a fit unless we opened it. My husband packed it up exactly the way it came. So what, we go home with a purchase we cannot use! Unbelievable! I said we weren't taking it home, and asked manager to show us then something compatible in the same price range, and I actually asked him to show us, he just brushed us off to the employee at the front. Huh, do you think that is how your customers should be treated? Of course there was nothing, we had purchased this on sale. I asked the girl for the managers name, she said "I'll get his business card, went into his office, came out, and said "oh, they're not back from printing". Really????? I asked what his name was and she said Jason, I asked again for her to write it down for me, she passed me a note with "Jason" written on it. I asked where his last name was, she said they were not allowed to give it out.. Really ????? It would have been on his business card if it had been back from printing wouldn't it??? Extremely disappointed with the service we received being in a customer service industry myself. I am in utter belief how a massive business like this can exist. So if you buy anything from The Brick, and it does not work out for you, IT'S YOURS WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!

Best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Long, my salesperson made sure my final purchases were exactly what I needed. He also took the time to ensure I was knowledgeable about each product and provided all other options. The service exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Long for any sales assistance at the Brick.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our bed at the Barrie location, salesman was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We were able to delay our delivery to fit with out move in date to our new home. We were moving out to Angus and were told that the bed would be delivered and set up for us on the day we chose, however this was not the case. When the delivery got here, the men quickly put the bed into the room, had me sign the invoiced then told me "the instructions to build are in the box" and left. After calling the store I was told that Angus is considered out of town and therefore they do not assemble anything. We were never told this in store, when I called to confirm delivery or on our invoice. Extremely disappointed.
