A wide variety of electronics, appliances, tvs and gadgets. Helpful staff. Go in none peak hours for best service. They applied a screen protector on my phone for a great price. They no longer have a points program, which is fine, as I'm interested in the best price

I just stopped in for some urgent help as I was in the middle of a video shoot and needed a part to shoot audio! A very nice young man helped me sort it out, and although I didn’t end up having to buy the piece, he helped me figure out a solution to get my job done. Thanks again :)

Ample parking and a well laid out store. Not many employees around and those that are will not ask you if you need any help (although I'm sure they would help if you go to them). Just not the way I remember retail to be. Oh well.

No one is around when you need a sales associate. Sometimes, it feels like nobody works there at all. The cellphone department is an absolute nightmare and it has been for as long as I can remember. And I'm seriously NOT a fan of the employees smoking right by the entrance. I love the smell of cancer in the morning... Is this place managed at all by anyone? Every time I ask for the GM, they tell me the GM is not in. This person must be some kind of a superhero...the phantom GM.

Horrible customer service in the cell phone department with 1 girl. I spoke to a really nice guy about a battery for my phone at first and he was helpful. Than after he left I was looking at pay as you go cell phones and a girl walked up and said "Do you want help?" and got right up in my face. i was hold 2 phones and each one from a different provider and asking which one would be the best to pick. She came at me like I was the stupidest person she had spoken to all day asking why I would not just get a contract, and telling me its a waste of time and money to get a pay as you go phone.and telling me just to get a contract or don't get anything. Not a single sales question like "IS IT FOR YOU?" would have been a good start, or maybe what would i be using it for? Won"t be going back there again!
