I had horrible experience buying my first vehicle in Edmonton, so I didn’t expect any better this time. So lucky I contacted St.albert Honda this time and they approved that shopping vehicle can be easy like grocery.
Some other dealership always push me to buy the top lines, and always argue when I dislike something. But I didn’t see those aggressive here.
The process was very smooth, after some chat, Gio understood our requirement and he demonstrated all futures of the car. Sheila in Finance customized a good warranty package for us with very good deal, I feel I spend every single penny on exactly I need. Normally we do compare shopping but this time My wife and myself very happy with everything and we decided not wasting time with other dealerships, we paid deposit. We picked up our vehicle last weekend.
I give 6 of 5 stars for this wonderful experience. I give extra half to the reception lady, we didn’t chat but she remember us after 3 weeks lol and another half to a young staff, I don’t know his name, the day was snowing and when he saw he immediately ran out and hold the door for grandma and my baby.

I had a few minor issues (as well as a few suggestions for process improvements) with the Service Department, but they resolved these issues to my satisfaction. In fact, they went above and beyond what I had originally expected from them. I will gladly continue to bring them my business. Thanks, I appreciate the effort to make things right!

I recently had the pleasure to go to St. Albert Honda and meet up with the owner Ross Hodgins and can honestly say that it really “it’s all about the experience”. Going to St. Albert Honda isn’t just about buying or servicing your vehicle but it’s all the little details that the team there does that seem so effortless but you know that as an owner Ross and his management team have really taken the time to take into account what will make the technicians, sales people, support staff, and more have a working environment that is not only functional but makes their job easier. This is translated right back to the customer.
My vehicle was brought in to one of the bays and Ross walked me through the process of what would happen while it was there – can you imagine my delight when one of their standard offerings is to wash your vehicle at the end of it’s visit! From there Ross took me on a tour the facility. As someone who is keenly aware of space and how much it matters to have your workspace organized to be functional I was truly blown away. Not only were spaces made to keep the staff’s workflow going in a positive direction but even the customers benefit greatly from the fine details of the dealership. Who knew that when you purchase your vehicle at St. Albert Honda they have a beautiful space dedicated to showing you all the features on your new purchase. Even their detailing operation was incredible, and I have to say I geeked out a bit seeing that they had detailing stations on each side of the vehicle, so that hoses and cords didn’t have to be pulled from one side of the vehicle to another.
It's all these details that make the experience at St. Albert Honda a cut above the rest. Not many businesses really listen to their staff but after spending the morning with Ross and seeing all that they have done I could see how all those details would translate to their customers. I know that I appreciated getting my vehicle back with a clean bill of health and so shiny and clean!
Thanks Ross for taking the time to show me around St. Albert Honda, I can honestly say I have no hesitation in referring this dealership to anyone needing to purchase or service a vehicle.

Easily the best customer service i have ever had in my life ! staff was committed to finding me the right vehicle to fit my needs and budget. Mike Polny was a great salesmen treated me like was a member of his family !!! will be back soon to upgrade for sure.

I’ve never been more disappointed. Brandon the salesperson who greeted me was young and inexperienced. I’m willing to give a new person a chance, but when he says he doesn’t know the Odyssey as he’s never shown it to anyone before it’s the beginning of a bad time for both of us. Awkward silences followed. He kept asking what I wanted in a car. I kept expecting him to do his job and actually try to explain the vehicle and sell me a damn van, but it was just a horrible experience. If anyone in Management reads this, teach this poor young man as he clearly needs help.
