Staples St. Albert

I send all my printing to this Staples office. They always have it ready quickly and correctly. Thank you for being in St.Albert. SOO convenient :)

I've used the print services in the past and they're always really helpful and friendly. The self serve computer is absolute blackmail so make sure you come prepared. Other than that the floor staff are always helpful.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I didn't have to go looking for help. There were smiling employees available everywhere making sure I was getting what I needed.

I just used Staples' online service for same day business cards. Amazing! Everything was as promised. Simple to do and quick. I would recommend this service to anyone.

They do have good intentions but the competence is very poor. Couldn't get my logo centred, even though the test paged I printed before the order was perfect, on a batch of cards I was having made up. OK, mistakes happen and I gave them a chance to rectify the problem. Go to pick up second batch and same problem. You would think QC would pay special attention to a mistake they had originally made but nope. I had decided I didn't want to waist my time driving a half hour into town again and wanted a refund. This has been a 3 day process with a dozen phone calls. They haven't argued a refund but their ability to provide one with proof has been a daunting task. Staff was friendly but product is what my review is being based upon.
