Staples St. Albert

Update: changing to a two star rating because my sister was ignored by the print pick upnworker for an entire 10 minutes with no other customers around, then after another woman came over and asked if someone was going to run the till he spoke to her in a very rude tone telling her she was waiting at the wrong area. Customer service is your job, do better.nnAttached is the photo sent to print and the picture given to us. I’ve ordered it three separate times now because it keeps printing incredibly dark. I am happy with an outdoor banner I got printed, but I won’t be ordering any pictures from staples anymore unfortunately.

I’m giving my honest review. Staff has to work more on customer service. One particular staff at the photocopy/photo area was very rude. Her tone and attitude was horrible and didn’t know what she was doing. She completely ignore instructions and was arrogant. Customers don’t deserve that kind of treatment. She should not be working for customer service. Please train your staff proper customer service.

This Staples print & copy center is ALWAYS so busy!!! And yet there's only ever 1 person working. The staff are always amazing to me but it's terrible customer service to always have a line that's backed up or a customer waiting for the staff member to finish their previous task/customer. This seems like a staples problem because this happens in Edmonton as well. Very disappointing and annoying. Also, twice now, I've had very poor quality prints from the self serve printing stations.

Courtney at the Print Center was so amazing! Efficient, patient, polite and so helpful with my printing need. She helped me even though she was super busy that day and exceeded my expectations. Good job girl!

Every time there is a price discrepancy one particular staff member acts as if it is the customers fault or their trying to be dishonest. She uses language and has a demeanor that us hostile and accusatory.nnMakes customers feel unwelcome
