Outstanding service from Krysten sorry if I got the wrong spelling in Print & Marketing!nnI had an incredibly last-minute, slightly stressful print job for place cards, and Krysten went above and beyond to help me. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, walking me through exactly what was needed, explaining everything clearly, and making sure the final result was perfect.nnShe turned what could have been a stressful experience into a completely smooth and positive one. Her attention to detail, calm professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. Customer service like this is rare, and Krysten absolutely deserves recognition.nnHuge thank-you to Krysten! because of her, everything turned out beautifully. Staples is sooo lucky to have her!
Since I can’t find anywhere to try to contact and get this solve directly; this is the only way I’ve found. I apologize if I sound mad but I believe I have a right as racism should not be normalized in now days.nI am beyond disappointed with Staples. We went to get a simple passport photo taken for my 98-year-old grandma, me and my family have taken our passport images before without any questioning nor issues and what should have been an easy process turned into an awful experience. My grandma, who is of Italian and Mexican origin, was denied service for no other reason than discrimination against us being Mexican.nImagine refusing service to an elderly woman just because of her background. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. In this day and age, this kind of treatment should not happen anywhere, let alone at a large company like staples.nWe were treated unfairly, spoken to in a dismissive way, and made to feel unwelcome. I will never return to Staples after this horrible experience, and I will make sure others know how badly they treat their customers.nIf you value respect, dignity, and equal treatment, you are not the place one should attend. You showed us that you don’t care about basic decency or customer service. Lost a yearly long costumers.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve seen at a staples, waited 30 minutes to be seen by the tech representative Name is Aashray and was not seen. Would have spent $400 on a new iPad if I had received decent customer service, but I absolutely did not. Highly suggest speaking to this employee about his performance, as it was quite poor.
Update: changing to a two star rating because my sister was ignored by the print pick upnworker for an entire 10 minutes with no other customers around, then after another woman came over and asked if someone was going to run the till he spoke to her in a very rude tone telling her she was waiting at the wrong area. Customer service is your job, do better.nnAttached is the photo sent to print and the picture given to us. I’ve ordered it three separate times now because it keeps printing incredibly dark. I am happy with an outdoor banner I got printed, but I won’t be ordering any pictures from staples anymore unfortunately.
