I absolutely love shopping at Chapters Indigo St. Albert! It’s honestly one of my favourite places to go!nnEvery time I visit, the customer service is outstanding. Stewart is incredible and always so kind and welcoming. On my last visit, he went above and beyond by scanning the LEGO minifigures for me so I could find the ones I was missing. Thanks to him, I was finally able to complete my full collection of all 12 which made my day!nnI was also looking for another item that showed “1 left in stock” online, and instead of just pointing me in a direction, he genuinely helped me search for it. Another staff member a very sweet lady with long dark hair also stepped in to help and ended up finding the very last activity book for me. I really appreciated the teamwork and the effort they both put in to make sure I left happy.nnThe store itself is always clean, cozy, and beautifully organized. It’s so easy to find the books I’m looking for, and I love that it’s not just a bookstore there’s such a great variety of gifts, toys, stationery, and fun finds. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, and I never feel rushed while browsing.nnCheckout is always smooth, communication is clear, and using Plum Rewards is super easy. Overall, shopping here is always a 10/10 experience. Thank you to the amazing team for consistently making every visit so positive — I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Stopped by Chapters in St. Albert and had such a wonderful experience. The store was clean, organized, and easy to browse, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. One of the staff members went above and beyond to help me find what I needed—patient, kind, and genuinely attentive. I wish I had caught their name because their support truly made my visit.nnThank you to the team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Was impressed when I entered the main doors. As the layout was impeccable and it was very easy to walk around. I was very pleased with the design of the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asked questions about where a certain book was. The employee showed me exactly where it was located. Will return in the near future

I just went to this location to purchase an e-reader! Stuart helped me and he was beyond knowledgeable & friendly. He explained all of the features of the different Kobo readers and I could tell he was very passionate about what he does!nnHighly recommend you chat with him next time you’re in the store.

Clean, good vibe, lots to browse, easy parking.Gave 3 star because every book i looked for was online only and had to be ordered in. Left with nothing and was a bid disappointed.
