I’m not sure words can explain the wonderful thing Riverside has going on. It’s a feeling you get when you walk in the doors. The purchase of my new bike was seamless and easy, just as it should be! Huge Thank You! to Braden and Ryan in sales, Erica for her advice and help on some new riding gear & accessories, and Dean in parts. Amazing staff here folks!
Only problem was my own. Where i didn’t input my mailing address correctly. Received email first business day to confirm my identity. Easy to confirm and bike was shipped later that day from their location. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Eagerly waiting for sons birthday to have him test it out.
Blown away with how well the response time was and the inventory you carry. Erica and Corey were absolutely amazing to deal with. Great prices, great service and now two very happy kids. They couldn’t wait to build their bikes. Thank you guys. Also thank you for your support in the watercross scene this year! Was amazing seeing the riverside tent at the races.
Had been looking for a Polaris 9R for quite some time.nGot a fair price on a new 2024 and some extras thrown in with the deal.nHave been dealing with Riverside Motosports since 1982 when I bout my first sled, an SS440 from Ron.nGreat place to to get all of your powersports offroad equipment!
Had went in to look for a new sled for the season. The sales team, finance and parts team were extremely friendly and willing to ask any questions I had with ease. I had ended up buying a 23 Polaris boost, the finance guy name John made it go so easy it was like I was in and out. John had explained everything and made any questions I had clear. The sales team had went over the break in produce with me and insured me that to check over the sled before and after every ride as it’s new and things tend to loosen up and stretch. Even to loading up the sled Mitch had went over the whole sled and made sure I was knowledged with how the 7s display work and the features. I recommend any one to go to riverside for anything from parts, service and sales.
