At first, they can not open the laptop because the warrenty. But they did not tell me at first. They told me when I call them next day. I really need it to do my work, it is my only laptop. I said don't warry about warrenty, just do a full clean. They said ok and let me go there next day at 11am. I think it's fine. When I went there at 12, they still not clean for it. So the only thing I can do is waiting at store. When he already clean it, I asked him "So is the fan work right now?" He said yes. But when I went home and turn on the laptop. The fan still does not work.

Wonderful service! I needed a PDF issue solved and dropped into Abbotsford store and staff was so knowledgeable and friend. Best computer service in Fraser Valley.
