On Saturday, February 10, 2018 I walked into Toews with a sewing foot and the arm that is usually attached to it. I took it off to attach to my zipper foot, which proved unsuccessful. Fearing I had broken it I went into Toews Sewing where I immediately met a lovely lady (whose name, sadly, I forgot to ask for). She within seconds fixed my problem and was able to find me another arm for my zipper foot! She was in my opinion one of the best customer service people I have had the pleasure to meet! This was the first time I darkened the door of Toews Sewing, but it will not be the last! Thanks for the wonderful service!!
