The Source

My family purchased three Apple watches in the Langley location. We were informed that if for any reason we were not satisfied with the product we could exchange or return for a refund. Our representative was nice and helpful but little did we know that was entirely due to the fact the source is commission based (they tell you what they need to... just to make a sale). I do not blame the sales representative however the corporation is entirely at fault. I strongly urge any consumers to boycott the source, there business practices are out of date and they do not care for the consumer at all. I spoke with head office, and a rude district manager who had no care about my concern. Make sure you do not purchase any gifts or any electronics from the source.

Aside from the store being empty 75% of the time and 5-7 staffs huddled in the corner doing nothing, I was approached twice asking if I needed any help while looking at headphones. Sales people who approach customers while shopping is a very annoying feeling. It doesn't promote sales normake customers want to stay longer.

The source of frusturation. Sold me a tempered glass which i showed him from day one that it didnt fit properly then when it broke literally 5 days later its my fault. And start explaining how it cudntve of been from it not fiting properly. I threw it out within seconds of leaving this dumb store. Needa get some proper customer focused staff and non confrotational people working in here.

Misplaced my online order after receiving email that it was ready for pickup. Staff didn't seem to eager to try and locate the items.

Terrible. Prices are out of whack. The employees are non existent and don't know anything about technology.
