London Drugs enrolled me into an Insurance plan with TGI last October without informing me properly and without my written direct consent. Sending a email of my purchase and adding this insurance unauthorized is a grave mistake and procedure. You will be reported to the Police as an extortion and violating my rights as a customer. The lady who is in charge of Flexiti purchases is responsible for doing that unauthorized. She will be sued personally and on London Drugs because she forced me into an insurance that I have never asks or agreed, I purchased in good faith as I always done. Nobody informed me about this new unethical procedure and I purchase with a flexiti for years always on time, thousands of dollars. She needs to contact me or this matter will go further against any right and consumer protection act. This is way too much to violate a customer purchase rights and allow TGI and Flexiti to rip me off on 100$ and more per month. Andi was paying my statement every month as usual, I trusted as usually no mistakes from Flexiti and London Drugs, before that. I didn’t notice, fact that can happen with busy work and life. TGI, London Drugs and Flexiti, work hand in hand to enroll you forced without any signature from customer by just sending and email that may be lost or not read anytime. Official extortion and mafia!

On February 1 evening, I visited the South Fraser Way location of London Drugs after my phone was stolen. Fido is our provider, and this was my only means of communication. I was also preparing to leave the country, making the situation time-sensitive.nnI was told by the tech manager that a replacement SIM card could not be issued because the account is in my husband’s name. This information was later confirmed to be incorrect. I am an authorized user on the account and able to make purchases and changes.nnI was turned away without assistance and spoken to in a patronizing manner. The issue could have been resolved quickly with accurate information.nnLondon Drugs had previously been my family’s first choice for both personal and business purchases. After this experience, I will no longer be supporting them.nnThis review is shared so management is aware of both the misinformation provided and the customer interaction.

We went to London drugs to find a vinyl player, it was in minutes that we were asked if we needed help. Of course we did. The lady was able to help us right away with our needs. We made our purchase along with a few other things. We have always liked going there for the great service that we get all the time.nThank you for your time and efforts

I moved to New Brunswick five years ago, but I’ve continued ordering products online. London Drugs consistently offers an excellent selection and very competitive prices. Every year before Christmas, I place one or two orders, and the delivery is always impressively fast. I’ll keep shopping with London Drugs because their selection and service are truly outstanding!
