On February 1 evening, I visited the South Fraser Way location of London Drugs after my phone was stolen. Fido is our provider, and this was my only means of communication. I was also preparing to leave the country, making the situation time-sensitive.nnI was told by the tech manager that a replacement SIM card could not be issued because the account is in my husband’s name. This information was later confirmed to be incorrect. I am an authorized user on the account and able to make purchases and changes.nnI was turned away without assistance and spoken to in a patronizing manner. The issue could have been resolved quickly with accurate information.nnLondon Drugs had previously been my family’s first choice for both personal and business purchases. After this experience, I will no longer be supporting them.nnThis review is shared so management is aware of both the misinformation provided and the customer interaction.
I bought a camera last month, and Brent and Jordan from the PhotoLab team assisted me really well. They helped me find the exact camera I wanted, and the whole experience was great. Thank you for the excellent customer service
We went to London drugs to find a vinyl player, it was in minutes that we were asked if we needed help. Of course we did. The lady was able to help us right away with our needs.
