My partner and I were delighted with the integrity and proactively of a staff member named Melissa. She had extensive knowledge about the makeup department she was overseeing and had a kind demeanor as well. We wish her to be acknowledged for being an asset to her employ and we wish her the very best in her future endeavors.
Horrendous customer service, called to ask for an item , was on hold 3 times, Finally asked to speak to a manager but ended up being helped by a lady called Abby, who was rude, did not want to help at all. Compared to other London drugs the customer service at the store is horrendous will never shop here again.
The absolute worst customer service in the Electronics/Camera department. 4 employees. One talking with a customer and three hovering over a computer screen pretending to be busy. At least the cashier at the door was pleasant enough to greet and say "have a nice day".I'll continue to shop the Mission store for better service.
Worst customer service ever received, I went back to them with so much of expectations and politeness and explain all about the problem I was having with the product but they ignored the fact that I bought it from their place and ask me to return it to the company‍‍ And when asked for the reason they haven’t cleared me out. I was soo soo much disappointed.. never gonna buy any electronic appliances from this store

Buy your electronics here if you can. Other stores will "price match", woop tee doo! These guys will often times take a fair offer. Great staff.
I dealt with Simrit in the photolab department and i have never received such good customer service! she was so wonderful to deal with!
Was looking for an item, couldn't find it on my own but i knew where its supposed to be where it should have been, asked 1 person for help, she then directed me to follow her to an area - where I was already looking which we both couldn't find the item, she then told me to ask pharmacist as apparently that back corner section of the store is pharmacists "area", I asked pharmacist who then told me she had no idea but that if the item wasn't there then they didn't have it or carry it - but then told me to ask customer service. A run around. So I spent 20 mins at CS, even showing a photo of the item off the website. System said there was 3 in store. But yet they weren't where they were supposed to be, not even the other area where they could have been. Took a higher up person to track 1 down, which he did successfully!, but that it was NOT where it should have been "he said". In total I spent 40 mins in store. But that I was supposed to quickly run in buy item and run out. The item was for my son, who needed it asap and spent that 40 mins in pain while all this chaos was happening. **thumbs down**
