I could give you no star because i recently sent photos to pick up same day a week ago. To be pick up before 6 pm. The lady at the photo counter said “well it’s not even 6 pm yet” when i came to pick up at 4’s ordered in the morning.But i didn’t bother coming back . My husband came back after 4 days knowing their photo machine is broken! The lady should have told me instead trying to show that i was coming too soon! What an idiot excuse my word! Please be honest and professional you young lady at the photo counter! I will be seeing you again soon!!! Staples owners huddle your staff please and thank you!!!!!! We are your livelihoods!!!!!!

The shipping center staff is incredibly uninterested in serving the customer. This is the fifth time I had to deal with the staff for returns, shipping or printing and every time they have delayed and let me wait around for no apparent reason, although 4/5 staff were just standing there chatting amongst each other, buried in their phones. You really need to hire staff who have more ownership of the work they do.

This review is specifically for the girls working at postal counter for Amazon returns. They are very slow, walking around and not caring how many people are standing in line up waiting. For a drop off, it takes almost 20 mins every time i go there. Unbelievable how staff just walks around when lineup is this long. They usually have one person working and that is not enough. I want to point out the names so managers can pay attention, Parneet and Samay, these two employees of yours need proper training in customer service and definitely need to learn not to waste time walking around.

Unbelievably disorganized. I recently had a job done at the print center. On pick up they could not find my order. I watched for 30 minutes as she fumbled around back and forth through the various files. I finally told her to show me all the orders. I found it under someone else's name. She just stared at me sheepishly with not a word of apology. This is poor, slow and sloppy service and not paying attention. They need a order management system. Hiring, training and supervision are the issue. I cannot recommend. Certainly don't give them anything of value.

Not a great store. The staff isn’t very friendly, particularly in the phone section where the current person seemed unhelpful. The experience has really gone downhill since Summit, who was impressive and highly skilled, left. Also, the staff turnover seems high, which affects the overall service quality.
