Staples Abbotsford

I was recently here getting over 33 prints of booklets done. Team members Rebecca and Tina helped me at the print counter. I received the most excellent service from these two kind employees. They paid extremely close attention to detail and made test booklets for me to approve. They listened to me explain how I wanted the booklets specifically laid out and carefully assisted me with everything. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any staples I’ve been to. I felt so taken care of. These employees were amazing! Thank you Rebecca and Tina.

I went into the Abbotsford Staples to do self printing for car show flyers and posters. Richa let me that for a small fee they could print it and cut the page of flyers to size for me saving me probably an hour. Great friendly service!!!

I have had the pleasure of Brianna helping me twice over the last 2 months. She is incredibly smart, friendly and Staples in Abbotsford is lucky to have her. Apparently she has only been there for 3 months. While waiting for my photos she helped 3 people at one time and with a smile. I hope she is valued and please let her know her attention to detail and hard work is appreciated and noticed

We used NotaryPro through Staples Canada for an affidavit that needed to be submitted to ICBC. The service advertises a 99% success rate, which gave us confidence to proceed. Unfortunately, our affidavit was rejected by ICBC because the notary seal/stamp was not from British Columbia.nnThe most disappointing part is that this appears to be a requirement that should be clearly identified before payment and before the appointment takes place. There was no obvious warning, checklist, or screening question on the booking page asking what the affidavit was for or noting that certain organizations may require a BC-based seal specifically.nnIf this is a known requirement for ICBC affidavits, it should be made very clear upfront so customers can determine whether the service is appropriate before paying. We relied on the advertised success rate and expected the service to flag any provincial-specific limitations. Instead, we paid for a document that could not be used for its intended purpose.nnThe notary appointment itself was straightforward, but the lack of upfront disclosure around document acceptance requirements was a costly and frustrating oversight. I would strongly recommend that anyone using this service for ICBC-related documents verify in advance whether a BC-specific notarization is required. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU USE THIS SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY
