I have had the pleasure of Brianna helping me twice over the last 2 months. She is incredibly smart, friendly and Staples in Abbotsford is lucky to have her. Apparently she has only been there for 3 months. While waiting for my photos she helped 3 people at one time and with a smile. I hope she is valued and please let her know her attention to detail and hard work is appreciated and noticed
This review is directed not only at Willowbrook Chrysler, but also at Jeep / Stellantis corporate, who should be deeply concerned about how this dealership is handling a serious safety defect.nnI purchased my Jeep Wagoneer S believing Jeep to be a premium and reliable brand. What I have experienced instead is dangerous, unacceptable, and irresponsible.nnThe vehicle has shut down completely while driving at highway speed approximately 110 km/h. The shutdown happened without warning, leaving me with no power, no ability to accelerate, and no safe way to respond. The vehicle rolled for roughly 100 meters before stopping. This placed my life—and the lives of others on the road—at serious risk. This is not an inconvenience; it is a critical safety failure.nDespite the severity of this issue:nnNo one at Willowbrook Chrysler has taken ownership.nnService staff, managers, sales managers, and senior management all respond with excuses instead of solutions.nnThe only option repeatedly offered is “we can try fixing it,” despite multiple failed attempts.nnMost recently, the vehicle was kept by the dealership for three weeks. I was explicitly told the issue had been fixed. When I arrived to pick it up, the exact same problem was still present. This shows either a lack of technical competence or a complete disregard for customer safety—possibly both.nWhen I asked about alternatives such as a buyback or replacement, I was told it is “not their policy.” Selling a vehicle that can shut down at highway speeds and then refusing accountability should concern Jeep corporate and any regulatory authority.nnAt this point, I have lost confidence in:nnThe dealership’s ability to diagnose or repair the vehiclennThe dealership’s ethics and transparencynnJeep corporate’s oversight of its authorized dealersnnI strongly urge Jeep / Stellantis corporate to investigate this dealership and this vehicle issue before someone is seriously injured or worse. To potential buyers: think very carefully before purchasing here. Once the sale is complete, you may be left alone with a dangerous product and no meaningful support.
All 5 stars go to Logan because he seems to be one of the only employees at the location who care about the customers. We wanted to purchase a desk which had a sign saying it was $50 off. When he brought it to the counter for us and scanned it, we saw that it was listed at the regular price. We got a picture of the sale price, but it revealed that the sale ended 3 days prior, which was very disappointing. However, he told us that because the sign was there, as per previous instruction by the general manager, he was going to honour the sale price. Two of the surrounding employees tried to tell him that he can't honour the sale price because the sale expired, but he stood up for us and stood by his general manager's instruction. They begrudgingly obliged and gave him the code to give us the sale price, and then afterwards he helped us squeeze the big box into my small car. He didn't have to help us as much as he did because we were not aware of their policy, but he was honest and sought to help us as much as he could. Logan definitely deserves a raise or something, I wish there were more people in the work place like him.
The employees here stand around and talk to each other instead of greeting their customers or asking if anyone needs help. When I was finally provided with help the girl at the print out/shipping services desk rolled her eyes at me and was extremely miserable. She was rude and not polite. It also took me over an hour to get through to someone when I tried calling the store. Doesn’t make sense why it took so long when it’s visible that the employees stand around and talk instead of providing customer service.
Employees have 0 urgency, must start from the top down in management. Knew the manager years ago and the store was super well run and helpful staff. Recently had photos printed or tried ordered same day before they opened, at 5pm I stopped by to see what the status was and they said their system has been down all day but technically they have an hour to complete the order. I asked if it would be complete by 6pm and the worker told me likely after 6pm. I can acknowledge I could have ordered photos earlier than the day of needing them, but when it says same day and you lack telling people who have ordered things until last minute and when they’re in store have to wait 30+ mins to talk to an employee at the solutions desk and find this answer out is disappointing, and unprofessional. Manager suck here and need to do better.
