I went into the Abbotsford Staples to do self printing for car show flyers and posters. Richa let me that for a small fee they could print it and cut the page of flyers to size for me saving me probably an hour. Great friendly service!!!

I was recently here getting over 33 prints of booklets done. Team members Rebecca and Tina helped me at the print counter. I received the most excellent service from these two kind employees. They paid extremely close attention to detail and made test booklets for me to approve. They listened to me explain how I wanted the booklets specifically laid out and carefully assisted me with everything. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any staples I’ve been to. I felt so taken care of. These employees were amazing! Thank you Rebecca and Tina.

We used NotaryPro through Staples Canada for an affidavit that needed to be submitted to ICBC. The service advertises a 99% success rate, which gave us confidence to proceed. Unfortunately, our affidavit was rejected by ICBC because the notary seal/stamp was not from British Columbia.nnThe most disappointing part is that this appears to be a requirement that should be clearly identified before payment and before the appointment takes place. There was no obvious warning, checklist, or screening question on the booking page asking what the affidavit was for or noting that certain organizations may require a BC-based seal specifically.nnIf this is a known requirement for ICBC affidavits, it should be made very clear upfront so customers can determine whether the service is appropriate before paying. We relied on the advertised success rate and expected the service to flag any provincial-specific limitations. Instead, we paid for a document that could not be used for its intended purpose.nnThe notary appointment itself was straightforward, but the lack of upfront disclosure around document acceptance requirements was a costly and frustrating oversight. The service is so bad, you have to wrestle an employee to the ground to get any kind of assistance, and whatever they give, is with attitude. They emulate what the attitude of the manager that leads them.nAlso, to print one page in color is either .69 per side but she told me it’s not very good quality or I can do behind the counter with her and do it for .89 per page. I have 175 pages to print so in essence, I am best to go to Costco and buy a color printer that comes with starter ink and it will be cheaper in the end. The people setting rates these days are not seeing reality. I hope better competition comes to town with good customer service. And they wonder why people just go to Amazon these days over putting up with this type of “service” pretty sad when I business drives people away instead of pulling them in through exceptional service.
