Extremely good staff! I cannot rave enough about how kind and how much the staff know their stuff! They have a great selection of anything audio for any time of need, boats, cars, and everything in between. They also install everything in house quickly and professionally. Overall was a great experience. Will definitely be recommending this place to many other people!
Super happy with my new subwoofers and amplifier, the entire crew was awesome from start to finish! Justin was very knowledgeable about everything and all his recommendations came from what I wanted out of a sound system. The cost was well worth it in my opinion because it got done right the first time, sound quality over cost which is the right way to approach the job. They truly went above and beyond. I can't wait until the new speakers get installed. 10/10
Re Abbotsford location Stopped by to talk to Nick about my remote start that was no longer responding to the signal. Nick was able to quickly determine the problem and book me an appointment that was convenient to my work schedule. Certified was very detailed and upfront about the estimate, and amount of work they would probably have to do. I found the technicians experienced and determined in their pursuit of my issue. Left the shop completely satisfied with the service that was provided. Certified is the company to call when you want your issue dealt with by experts in the field.
My Apple Car is an older one this shop installed over 5 years ago. It has been giving me trouble recently so when I had new cameras installed I asked for it to be looked at. It took way more time and trying than expected but I’m up to date and working perfectly!!! Thanks so much for the efforts made to update everything for me.

Marita and I would like to Thank You and your team for a job well done in updating the Car Audio in her BMW X1. We were thoroughly impressed with the outcome. The Match Sound System is unreal, I couldn't get Marita out of the car when she got home. I said you can't live in there, she said Oh yes I can lol. Thanks as well with the Travel Trailer upgrade, we too are very happy with the results there too. We are so happy we were able to do business with you and your team. Extremely happy with my purchase! and WOW did these guys over and above for me. I have a 2016 F150 with 4.3 Sync. For those who have this truck and Sync Set up...Get rid of it. I had done my research and reached out to these guys via email. I received a response almost immediately from Justin. I had asked about a new Headunit, speakers and Sub/Amp combo. He broke it down and after a few back and forth emails...asked me to come in. I went in and Justin was extremally helpful and thorough with what I could expect. He set me up and showed me the headunit , speakers and Sub he had sent me in a quote. Justin asked me what kind of music I liked and set it up so I could get a true experience listening to my style of music. He then put on a Adele single, so I could hear the range on the speakers. I was blown away from the in depth experience. After that I knew I was going to get my work done here. I selected the headunit I wanted and after a few more emails included a sub/amp combo. I knew how in depth the work would be and we set a date a few weeks after paying deposit. My day came and dropped my truck off early. Just messaged me upon his arrival and let me know he had my keys and was starting right away. Justin communicated throughout the day and made sure I knew what was going on. I arrived at days end and they need a few more minutes after close to make sure everything was 100% before I left. Nowadays most places would ask you to come back the next day. Justin went through with me when he gave me my keys how to set up the wireless carplay. how to use stuff and and made sure I was happy with my set up and purchase. Believe you me when I say that this is the place you want to go and get your upgrades for your car stereo's. I drove all the way from Cloverdale based on their reviews. Thanks again Justin and Tanner and everyone who helped me out. They absolutely went above and beyond to the fact my wife even called Justin to say how impressed and thankful she was on the amazing service I and we received. Take a look at what these guys work on. There is a reason people bring supercars, boats, RV's and Tractors here! Thanks again guys and I will be back!
