WORST BUY!! I know my worst review will have no effect on this company. However, if this review could save someone frustration and money, I think its worth the effort. I bought a $650 HP Laptop from these guys. The laptop crashed the very 1st week we bought it. We took it back to these guys and their "Geek Squad" said the hard-drive is faulty and needs to be replaced. I agreed. They took 1 month to get the replacement. I was happy that finally they repaired the NEW LAPTOP. However, the repaired LAPTOP Crashed too! I again took it back and they said they cannot do anything as they have already repaired it once!! They still agreed 'look' at it and returned my the laptop after 3 weeks. The laptop ran for couple of weeks and then again crashed. Not to mention the NEW LAPTOP was VERY VERY slow!! I was done with these guys!! Finally I took the laptop to my friend who runs a computer shop and he repaired it. The laptop is running like new! I think they get all outdated bogus products and list them at cheaper price. There is ZERO customer support. They are rude and arrogant and not there to do business. Thoroughly disappointed. Since then I have never stepped into their store. Please STAY AWAY from BEST BUY otherwise you'll land buying WORST BUY of your life! I hope this helps people to understand, these guys are not worth their money!!
I bought a laptop here, the sales person assured me that this was the perfect laptop for what I needed. COMPLETE LIE. I have been unable to do a lot of homework on this computer and now it’s past 30 days and there’s no getting my money back. I tried calling and they said there would be nothing they could do but replace it. I would rather my money back. I’m not going back to Best Buy, and I’ll let all my friends and family know not to come to Best Buy either, got completely scammed.
We had a lady help us with a new 4k Samsung tv purchase. She was able to answer correctly off the top of her head all of my questions and I was actually impressed. Ended up grabbing it then and the tv has been awesome! Let’s see how long it will survive but the employee did a great job!
This Best Buy store has gotten so much better with their customer service. Most of the employees are very helpful, now. I've used their Geek Squad sevices and it was great. Anytime I had a technical problem, they answer my questions. I like how they stay up-to-date with all their products. Also, this location has lots of parking and an elevator for easy access.
The bad first: I got invited to the VIP sale. First, I walked around for at least 15 minutes while being ignored. Second, they were sold out of the advertised in I came in to get. But it was being ignored while some staff were standing in bunches chatting with each other. The good: The store is generally very tidy and organized. Prices are pretty average. The staff seem a little under trained. If you can find the product at London Drugs you are way better off.
If I could give less than Zero I would. Most frustrating company to work with because they have set up all contact methods to avoid dealing with complaints. You go round and round on the phone call select a number method. When you finally get a person, they tell you to call the number. I wanted to cancel my Geek Squad monthly payments and there is no provision for that. I wanted to reset my password and still waiting for the link to do so. Now I will have to go in store or just cancel at the bank level. Poor business model and super bad customer service.
I don't even check to see if Best Buy has items I want anymore. I'll check with other retailers rather than deal with this company. I spent over half an hour trying to get help with a computer purchase but couldn't find an employee. Since they don't want my money, I'll gladly spend it elsewhere and not waste my precious time.
Unfortunately have to give lowest rating, not because of this store specifically but because Best Buy provides no customer service. You can't call anyone at the store to do anything. You can't order any of the phones listed for purchase o their own website, they will only call you qhen the model happens to show up, and there's no number for you to call directly. There is literally no customer service from this company. Don't shop with Best Buy unless you have to and explore all other options.
You Guys should work on your first desk customer service. They are so rude . We are paying for the products . They don’t even explain it properly. I asked her for the price match . She said it’s not possible. That’s fyn if it is not possible. But you guys should know how to behave with customers. Worst Customer service.
Best buy usually has the most sad and apathetic employees. This location goes even farther. I would be so embarrassed to work here, so many good jobs out there and these staff pick this place anyways.
