I recently visited Best Buy and was impressed by how clean and organized the store was, with plenty of great deals to explore. The salesperson in the mobile section was very helpful and knowledgeable, making the shopping process smooth. However, the sales team is not always readily available—we had to wait and search for someone to assist us, which gave the impression that they might be short-staffed. While the experience overall was positive, a bit more staff availability and friendliness would make it even better.
I ordered a phone from Best Buy two weeks ago, expecting it to arrive in four days. Instead, I’ve dealt with nothing but incompetence and frustration. First, they sent the wrong phone. Then, I was told the color I ordered is out of stock—after I had already waited. Now, they can’t even give me a delivery date. No updates, no accountability, just a bunch of unprofessional employees who clearly don’t care about customer service. If you want delays, mistakes, incompetent/rude staff, and zero communication, Best Buy is the place for you. Avoid at all costs.
BUYER BEWARE *nToday I had the most unpleasant customer service experience while trying to return a product. My husband purchased a mouse but realized it was not the right one that he wanted, so as I was out and about today I decided I’d help him out by going to return it and bringing his debit card with me. After being called to the counter passively, I dealt with a very rude service advisor. They refused to return my product without my husbands phone there which he did the Apple Pay with originally. I brought sufficient proof of purchase receipt, screen shots from his Apple Pay wallet, physical card and all the info. The customer service rep was rude, unwilling to help or find a solution and refused to do anything helpful. I’d not recommend going to this Best Buy to be treated like an idiot and talked rudely to! Incredibly unhappy. Thankfully I went to another best buy they were incredibly helpful, but I will not be spending anymore money at Best Buy after this experience.
No phones have pricing on them. I shop based off price and deal. I'm not going to sit there and ask you about every single phone. I'm also not a verbal processor. Their excuse the price changes every hour so we would have to update them every hour...youre not a gas station, that doesnt happen with electronics.nI get my phones at best buy every year and have never had an issue. The price does not change every hour don't bullshit me because yall want to scam people. You legally have to have prices posted. Lost a customer.
This is the worst store on the planet! This notice is to every parent who will buy replacement insurance. Do not! This store will come up with every excuse not to cover you. I think best buy insurance is fraud. I am going to sue them in small claims just to prove that they are fraud.nnBuy a laptop for grade 6. Buy insurance just to get a pice of mind as parent. Will guess what, when your kid damages that laptop you are not covered. They will give you the fine print to read!
