I recently visited Best Buy and was impressed by how clean and organized the store was, with plenty of great deals to explore. The salesperson in the mobile section was very helpful and knowledgeable, making the shopping process smooth. However, the sales team is not always readily available—we had to wait and search for someone to assist us, which gave the impression that they might be short-staffed. While the experience overall was positive, a bit more staff availability and friendliness would make it even better.

This is the worst store on the planet! This notice is to every parent who will buy replacement insurance.  Do not! This store will come up with every excuse not to cover you. I think best buy insurance is fraud. I am going to sue them in small claims just to prove that they are fraud.nnBuy a laptop for grade 6. Buy insurance just to get a pice of mind as parent. Will guess what, when your kid damages that laptop you are not covered. They will give you the fine print to read!

The best deal I got, I was paying 180 in Roger’s got cheaper plan with bell here. And the sales person Ahsan helped me get this amazing plan with gift card. I think he needs to get a raise

I visited Best Buy Abbotsford recently to purchase an open-box home theater system. The process turned into a frustrating ordeal that lasted over two hours.nnJosh, the sales associate, was doing his best to help me locate all the pieces, but during the process, he revealed that the managers, Roop and Kartick, were discouraging the sale. According to him, they wanted to purchase the item themselves at an employee discount. This raised serious concerns about the integrity of the store’s management.nnOnce all the pieces were found, it took another hour to locate the tag. Despite Josh's efforts, the managers repeatedly sent him to look for it, only to later claim they couldn’t sell the item to me after all. They said the General Manager needed to approve the sale and asked me to leave without providing a clear resolution.nnI never received a follow-up call or message from the GM, which solidifies my belief that the managers may have withheld the item to buy it for themselves and possibly resell it for profit. This behavior is unprofessional and borders on fraudulent.nnI expected better from Best Buy. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll shop at this location again.
