There's no better place to buy or repair your Apple device! The team here knows what they're doing and when they don't they learn how to help solve the problem promptly. They also are fully Apple authorized which means that they can honour Apple's warranties! Speaking of warranties; they genuinely have the best ones you can get. For the same price as Apple's Apple Care+, their Simply Guard will always give you one year extra plus the ability to add another year on top of that! up to five years depending on the device plus their deductibles are less than Apple's They also happen to have the best prices on all things DJI so if that's what you're looking for I'd recommend coming here rather than say Best Buy For the record, nobody paid or asked me to write this review it just happens to be true
Jack was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I had scheduled an appointment and was helped right away, two iPhone 6 battery replacements and all went well. The service guy also came and let me know that he tried to fix an issue I am having with my flash but was unable to repair it. I appreciate that he took the time to try. Jack showed me some additional information regarding laptops and computers as I will soon be in the market to buy, I appreciated his advice and expertise.
Booked a battery replacement online with Apple to be completed here. Arrived at set appointment time a week later and was told they had no batteries in stock. Not sure why they couldn't call me to let me know that before I arrived. To order the new battery they wanted my iPhone password to enter in their system. Yeah, no thanks. I'll wait and go to a real Apple Store.
Needed an iPhone battery replacement, was referred by Apple’s support app for authorized dealers. Battery crashed and hit critical repair level at 10pm, was able to book in for replacement the following morning at 11am, was done within and hour and a half, for only $4 more than the Apple store itself which had no appointments for over a week; support staff at simply computing were able to discover that my phone was still under warranty, when I came back to collect, they had already negotiated with Apple on my behalf and refunded battery charge, so turned out free. Great friendly service.
My experience with Simply Computing was fantastic from start to finish. I had an issue with my computer and I brought it in for a diagnosis. They were quick to diagnose the issues of my computer and promptly provided an accurate timeline and price for the repair. They kept me well informed of the status of the repair throughout the entire process and notified me if there were any changes or critical decisions needed to be made. Ultimately, I received my computer completely repaired and functioning as it should. It was as if it was a new computer! In my experience, I would recommend their repair services!
I have brought my mac into simply computing twice now. The first time was a pretty big software problem. I signed the computer in and it had a missing key, and a line on the display screen both were not affecting my ability to use the computer so I hadn't bothered spending the money to fix them yet. The techs were able to fix my software issue and when I opened my computer, both my display and missing key were fixed!! I was in such shocked I cried lol, they fixed both free of charge. They are amazing! The second time was for my keyboard and keypad not working. I took it in at 12:15 and walked out at 12:40 with a fixed computer. They were so quick and so nice. Every time they clean the screen which I realize isn't that big of a deal but to me the attention to detail and care they put in does not go unnoticed. I HIGHLY recommend going into simply computing :
My 2 month old I phone 8 plus phone was not notifying me of new e-mails. Roy had it working properly in about 5 minutes! 4 other places including apple on the phone couldn’t fix it. Decided to try their seminar re I cloud given by Roy. Very informative and helpful. Not rushed and given time to ask questions at the end. Roy very personable and patient, looking forward to next seminar. These are free, only 1/2 hr. @ 9:00 a.m. before stores open. Abby is lucky to have them in the mall!
Roy from Simply Computing was awesome! I went in with a warranty issue regarding my iPhone battery. He put me in touch with Apple and helped liaise my issues with them. My problem was solved and my phone was fixed the same day 2 hours quicker than quoted! Excellent customer service, I highly recommend Simply Computing!
Received great service from Roy, the store supervisor, when I stopped by to replace my iPad due to a damaged screen. Roy was knowledgeable, helped me back up my iPad and was extremely personable. I would highly recommend. I have had dealings in the past as well when I required repair on my Macbook Pro, and they consistently did a great job for me.
I have frequently stopped by with issues involving my cell phone that the staff are quick to help me out with. But this morning I brought my Mac in with a very frustrating problem that I have been struggling with. And of course had a couple other smaller issues with emails, and my word processor. I was preparing myself as I thought I may have to leave it there for a day or two. I put it up on the counter for Roy to have a look at and like the technical wizard he is I was carrying my computer put the door all fixed in a matter of minutes. No more stress, frustrations gone, and I was heading home to have fun on my computer once again. I totally recommend this business, they have really been great, they are the very best.
