I am giving these guys a 5 star due to the professional courteous service I have received from them. I went there last week to buy a pair of rollerblades. The rep was very professional but due to the fact that it was my first time in ages buying roller skates I felt that the size was wrong after my first trial. I had literrally well-used the skates that first time i tried them outdoors, but felt that I didnt make the right choice about the size - no one's fault as it is hard to know exactly, though the rep should have probably warned me this would be an issue when I had my first real trial. When I went back the manager upon calling the store owner took the responsibility and preferred to let me return these skates (now used) and take the loss for them for an in store exchange, rather than lose me as a client. I ended up actually keeping the skates as I didnt want them to be thrown away (they were not sellable honestly). Ended up buying other stuff too, and the rep who served me today Alexandre was very professional and gentle, he put no pressure at all and gave me all the advice I needed.

Less variety available compare to le Carrefour Laval outlet. Staff is very helpful.
