They have an inaccurate inventory on their website. I drove there from Montreal just to wait 20 min while they search the back for my cassette saying it's there it's only a matter of finding it.. They didn't.. Checked the website later in the day and they didn't bother updating it, it's still marked as in stock.

2 weeks ago, my son and my husband went to the store due to our son's bicycle brake problems. however they were busy, Martin was very friendly and understanding, and he fixed the bike fast with a good price. Thanks a lot

After you give them money, they don't care about you. I bought a bike last november and the seat clamp broke. They tell me it's not under warranty. What? Warranty is 1 year... it's been 10 months... so, yeah, it is under warranty. So, avoid this place that is over priced and pedantic. Update 2022: came for an annual checkup, they forgot to thighten the crank... Really dangerous, good thing I noticed before it slipped off, I could easily have crashed.

The exclusivity of accessories is extraordinary. Primeau Vélo sells stuff that is usually very hard to come by in other bike shops. The staff is very courteous and professional. Keep it up!

Had a great experience ordering online, during what was probably the busiest time for bicycle shops lockdown leading into spring. Great selection of parts and accessories I needed. Communication was great when an issue came up with an item that wasn't available, and items were shipped quickly. Definitely recommend!
