I purchased a brand new Trek Dual 2 Sport, the bike is beautiful but sadly it has a very weird issue on the brakes, they told me that the bike is like that and nothing can be done to fix the noisy brakes.nnI took the bike to the store to get a brakes adjustment that according to the invoice it’s free the first year, but they charged me $25 instead and the brakes are worst and noisier nnI can’t believe that a $1000+ bike has this kind of problems

Good service. Huge selection. Accessories are expensive.nnStaff member who sold me my bike was very helpful. Gentlemen at the cash was not so helpful, checkout process almost took 40 minutes.

Great selection of bikes. The employees were super helpful at explaining the different gravel bikes they had in store. Plus, I didn't feel pressured into any specific bike or product. Very laid back and easy to talk to. Competitive pricing with great financing as well.nnI'd definitely recommend shopping there!

Hi,nnthe first impression was excellent thanks to the sales representative who did his job perfectly but an unpleasant surprise appeared on delivery.nI ordered two Trek FX3 bikes, paid the down payment and waited for a call from them to pick up the bikes.nThe date of the order was 14.05.2023 at 12.32pm. From the discussions with the seller, I understood that the preparation of the bikes can take at most a week, which I accepted as an idea even if personally, I can mount and adjust a bike in a maximum of 2 hours having also a beer in the same time. Any excuses that they have more orders make no sens.nI scheduled an outing to Ottawa with our friends who recommended this shop to us for 21.05.2023 without thinking for a moment that they are unable to deliver the bikes on time or on advance...are only bikes, not motor-bikes. No one called to tell me that they are late with delivery and no one answered the phone in the store.nThe conclusion... I missed going to Ottawa with the bikes and went to the store on 05/21/2023 at 10 am, two and a half hours before the one-week installation time was up. Surprise, the bikes hadn't been assembled...I asked for the refund of the advance and I won't even enter this store again.nWhat bothered me the most was the owner of the shop who tried to tell me that the bikes would be ready in the promised time, that it only takes an hour to assemble them but no one had started working on them...arrogance and carelessness as long as he didn't have the good sense to call and say he was late. Embarrassing.nnMessage for David, the seller... thank you very much for your help, much appreciated, you are a good person and professional!nnI can't even give 2 stars because of the store owner, not for other reasons.nMaybe this way he will learn that punctuality is necessary in business.
