What a great way to get around and keep fit at the same time! This bike is perfect for me and my husband. We purchased them last year and got great service from the company. The bikes are very well built, sturdy and ergonomic. Lots of battery range and the recharging feature when going downhill extends the range quite a bit! The battery is situated in the centre of the bike which helps with balance and leaves the rear for carrying bike bags etc. Can't say enough good things about them.

The OHM Sport model I purchased this summer is one of the best buys I have ever made. They are not inexpensive, but you "get what you pay for", which is the BEST e-bike on the market. I am completely satisfied with the purchase of my OHM because of the excellent quality of the bike and the outstanding service they provide. I absolutely recommend an OHM for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable ride.

A brief story of why I bought and electric bike and why I recommend Ohm. I was simply tired of sitting in traffic every morning and afternoon to and from work. At the same time I have been trying to find a suitable regular exercise option that I can do besides work, volunteer work, activities with family and my hobbies… So one spring during “bike to work” week, about 3.5 years ago I started to bike to work. 30 km round trip on a hilly route. I was able to do it maximum three times a week. When I did more, I became useless at home, being too tired, so I stayed with the three days routine. I built up my gear and rode my very average standard bike through year around. I have been doing that for a while when I actively started to check out electric bikes. Mainly by stopping anyone I saw on one and ask them as many questions as they would answer about their experience, with the bike and the shop they got it from. I also tried several of them. Then our son got his driving license and he needed to drive himself to his part time job and other places, so we were suddenly short of one car in the family. It was time for me (and the family) to make a decision; one more car or spend some money, upgrade the bike and commute to work on bike full time. About that time I had met someone who was riding an Ohm XU700 bike. He had a great opinion of the Bike, so I decided to check it out. I tried the bike. I really loved it! I went home and told my family all about it. To fast forward my story and this review, few months later I had bought the bike. I’m riding it since, just passed 10000 km after 2 year of actual riding. Love it and love it. It’s powerful when I need it, comfortable and very user friendly… Over time staff helped me to customize my bike to my liking and assisted promptly, professionally with any question, issue I had with the bike. I call or visit them any time I need service or I have question and sometimes just to say hello. They have the know-how on E-bicycles. Look no further and have test ride…

Excellent customer service and excellent product. I tested a bunch of bikes before deciding on this one and I'm very happy with my purchase. It makes all the difference when someone cares about the product they are selling.

I'm very happy with my purchase, my previous commute was awful with the bus or a car, but with my e-bike - my life has changed. It's super fast, beautifully designed - can't complain about a thing. The rush hour in the north shore - the traffic jam is brutal. but with my bike I just fly through. I often get to stop and people ask me for the details about my bike. Collecting compliments!
