Great experience at Spence Diamonds here in Calgary. My fiancé and I loved the open ring display, where she could try on any style she pleased with ease and without asking to see the rings. Mandy Fuchs did a superb job educating us on the 4 Cs of diamonds and helping us find the perfect ring. We had been considering our online vendor options, but the peace of mind shopping locally with ring upkeep, etc. and not having to ship the ring out for maintenance or inspection helped sell us on choosing Spence. Mandy helped us to find a brilliant diamond within my budget. Our diamond was an excellent cut round and the sparkle is breathtaking. Spence also had the ring ready within 2 weeks and I picked it up Dec 24 just in time to propose on Christmas! Thank you, Mandy, for helping make our Christmas unforgettable!

The staff at Spence was amazing. They were welcoming and helpful during our whole experience. Shane was absolutely wonderful. He walked us through everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, and delightful to work with. I would recommend that if you are looking for any piece of jewelry to visit.

Went into Spence’s to buy an engagement ring, was paired up with Lori who was phenomenal with picking it out. She thoroughly explained each ring, what the options were, and was very personable. Lori made the entire process great, and was a pleasure to deal with. When it came to picking out the diamond Lori again was incredible and went into extreme detail on each point helping find the perfect diamond. Very impressed with how I was treated.

Have had outstanding service at Spence. The ability to change the band is so good because my engagement ring didn’t fit with the wedding bands I liked. I was able to make some swaps and get my dream set. Shane was so good and asked really smart questions about our lifestyle and wear and offered great advice.

I just had my first experience at Spence diamonds and it was amazing! The customer service was excellent. My sales consultant, Scott was amazing in helping me navigate the store, and then allowing me to browse on my own. Overall I would say my experience here was good. But I do have one thing to complain about. After choosing the style for my engagement ring I had scheduled an appointment to make the final diamond selection. When I arrived the diamond consultant I was dealing with was with another client and I had to wait 20 minutes for her to free up. I expected when I set an appointment time that I would have been seen at that time. Other then this we are quite happy with our experience at Spence Diamonds. The ability to just go and try rings on provided an awesome experience to select our ring.

Spence has provided us with such a dedicated and extraordinary service. Mandy assisted us and she was an absolute gem. The engagement and wedding experience gave my fiance and I the confidence to pick the perfect rings. She was patient, supportive and understanding.
