Carat Jellewers was great. Nice to know that David is still around after all these years. Very friendly place and always willing to to go above and beyond to satisfy his customers. Not the greatest pics but beautiful rings and Jellewery.

Amazing experience at this store. You can feel how genuine the owner of this establishment is and how much he cares. He put plenty of effort in wrapping my gift and made sure to stay in my budget.

My Grand daughter and I were very happy with the Customer Service we received from Carat Jewellers in Market Mall. The lady who served us was Cynthia and she repaired the broken necklace on the spot. Thank you very much - the necklace was a Christmas present.

I don't understand other reviews. Carat jeweller is most trusted place to shop and David is very reasonable. I will not waste my time going to other jewelry stores in market mall.

Poor quality jewelry. Overpriced. There’s no refund. Just exchange or store credit. Better go to established jewelry stores like Ben Moss, Michael Hill, People’s. Don’t get fooled by their marketing strategy.

Customer service was normal as any retail should be. There were little set backs with time in my experience, but I do understand and had observed that the store owner and goldsmith, David was really busy with his work life and his personal life. It's really amazing how Carat has one of their own goldsmith. Must be stressful.
