Cym helped my fiancée and I customize a 3+ carat fancy yellow diamond engagement ring and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. My ring looks beautiful and I always get compliments. I will continue to purchase from her for sure. The staff in the Rolex section are also very helpful and I hope to acquire some timepieces soon - Magdalena provided me a lot of information and education which was very helpful.
I’m an existing customer i got a Rolex in June 2019 sky dweller for my self. I went to the Birks store twice in 2020 and 2021 I wrote my name for a watch that I wanted for my engagement which is feb 2023 I gave them all the details waited for more than a year or so and when I called then last week the person who works there left the company and I never got a call for my watch. Meanwhile I saw people got watches without being on the wait list is so frustrating when you genuinely put your name and wait for more than a year and then call they say they have the name but no idea about anything. It’s an event I informed the company a year ago but still everyone gets the watch without being on the wait list. Now I have nothing to wear for the event and they have no clue if the watch ll come in or no. I really want to know how the profile of the company works with customer and road or I ll write to Rolex also how come people get watches without being on the list.
I went to the Core location a couple of days ago. While my husband was at Rolex having links added to his watch, I wandered around the store looking for a Christmas gift. One lady followed me around the store like I was a criminal, until she realized what type of bag I was wearing and saw my jewelry. She immediately wanted to help me then. It left a terrible impression. On a happier note, I did manage to find something I liked but I ended up going to the Chinook location instead. The service is a million times better there. Thank you to our Sales Associate Melody Chan for a most pleasant experience.
I had to write about my amazing experiences at Maison Birks Calgary - downtown since first being greeted by Evelyn about a year and a half ago. Evelyn has been nothing but kind, engaging, and non-pretentious; and she has been exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about the products and pieces. Thank you Evelyn and the team at Maison Birks!!! You have gained a forever client and I would highly recommend!!!
Scott and the rest of the team at Birks in downtown Calgary are exceptional at providing a pleasant and professional customer experience. I have been working with them since 2016 and have been fortunate enough to mark a number of important milestones thanks to Scott. I got my first Rolex watch yesterday at Birks. I would like to appreciate Kim and Scott for providing an excellent assistance and advice for the purchase. Scott replies email frequently and answers all of my questions. Kim is an awesome sales and had a pleasant talk with her. I would definitely recommend this location and I would come back for my future watch purchase even though I live in Toronto. I am willing to fly in to Calgary to get my Rolex watch with this fantastic service and vibe. There weren’t a lot of people because of the appointment requirement which made me so happy. Every staff wears mask and Birks is complying to the safety protocols. I comprehend the low-supply situation of Rolex. It is difficult to get one during this special time. Nevertheless, I got the one I loved!!! The Rolex Datejust!! Love it!!
I recently wanted to find something special for valentines for my wife so I contacted Eric Feretti, he suggested I come and and see what might fit the bill. An hour later after looking at all the different lines and options he ordered in the Birks Splash Diamond Cluster Earrings in white gold and matching Birks Splash Large Drop Necklace, both stunning pieces! When I mentioned jewelry boxes Eric didn’t miss a beat and found me the perfect large jewellery box by Wolf, my wife will love it. I really appreciated Eric’s effort, attention to detail, and relaxing way about him. Jewellery shopping the way it should be!
Had a 10/10 experience buying a beautiful Chocolate dial rolex from Eric Ferretti. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. My business partner and I look forward to buying many more Rolex’s from Him in the future to add to the collection!

The new management has set the highest standards for this Birks flagship store downtown Calgary. I had the pleasure to discuss with Nadine, Magdalena and Eric. From sending watches for service to purchasing a specific timepiece, the customer service was flawless. Each communication, each step was transparent and done with the highest levels of integrity. One may need to wait longer than expected for certain items, like i did, but the joy and trust that come out of the transaction makes it even more memorable. Thank you Team Birks for your patience and 5 stars service!
