Great costume ideas affordable
I placed an order online exactly 10 days ago, paid for shipping and everything, and as I'm writing this, I still have not received squat. No order, no refund. I sent 2 emails, called twice, left a message, and no response. They have good products, but they are also crooks. Do not order ANYTHING from them online.
Go here!! I've been here for Oktoberfest and Halloween costumes/makeup and both times I've been blown away by the level of customer service. The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and eager to help or advise in any way they can.
