I was looking for a jeweller that does estate jewellery and I'm so glad I found Fleetwood! I had a piece of jewellery I wanted to sell not just for the value of the metal and gem, and met with Chris Wren to discuss the process. Fleetwood is transparent about how they come up with the price they will offer you. There was no pressure to sell on the spot. Chris was friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend Fleetwood!
My Victorian engagement ring had a crack and break, and the folks at Fleetwood Jewellery were able to repair the ring and resize it. It came back sparkling and polished like never before! The ring had previous resizing solder marks, and they were pretty much invisible after this repair which I never thought was possible. The entire process took about two weeks. The final cost was lower than the initial quote, which is always a nice moment. I appreciated their care, and kudos to their incredible goldsmith. Also - the customer service and kindness at this store makes you feel right at home, and I look forward to my next visit.
10/5. Wish we would have know about Fleetwood when we were getting married. Their selection of estate jewellery is astounding, you will find some of the most unique pieces here! They also repaired a ring for me at a great price and even steered me away from the advice of another shop to spend 4x doing the repair. Fleetwood will have my business for life.
I highly recommend Fleetwood Jewelry. The Customer service there is amazing. I was Looking for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and they made the process really easy for me. They helped me find the earrings that I was looking for, and provided top notch service at the same time. I will be going there from on. I would highly recommend Chris Wren and Richard to anyone in the market for luxury jewelry. I’m a client for life!
We upgraded the diamond in my engagement ring with Fleetwood about 8 years ago. About 2 years ago, our insurance company asked for a new appraisal of my ring so I brought it into Fleetwood to be done. When I got it back, I glanced at it but didn't pay much attention. Several months later, I looked at it closely and realized that the new appraisal was completely different than the original. I took it back into Fleetwood and they were wonderful. We met with the owner and the person who did both appraisals - no idea where the mixup happened but they made it right. We were offered our money back, a very generous store credit or a new diamond comparable to what we originally thought we had purchased. We opted for a new diamond: although it took a bit of time, the new diamond is of a much better quality and sparkles beautifully. I can't say enough good things about Fleetwood. Beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service.

My first thought of a unique private Jewelry Boutique is that I would never be able to afford a piece from any of their collections, I was completely wrong. Team Fleetwood will help with you with any budget and supply you with attention to detail. From new to their Estate Pieces you will be welcomed and made to feel like family. I found this gem of place years ago doing a google search . I like estate jewellery and found they carry a good selection of estate jewellery as well as designer estate jewellery. I found a lovely Tiffany and company set to celebrate our anniversary this year.I am in Ottawa Ontario so a quick call to the store to ask any questions I had is all it took. I had great customer service by telephone, and thru email to complete my purchase. They have a great online shopping experience , I was able to add the item I wanted to my cart and check out easily. Free fast shipping. The Fleetwood team is fantastic. And Im loving my new to me Tiffany and co necklace and earrings . They have a great selection of Birks, Tiffany, Chopard etc at way less than luxury brand mark up !! My only regret is I did not get to physically visit this store , the customer service was great, as expected from a family run business!
Fleetwood is amazing! We bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands here. They have a great selection at a variety of price points. Whether you are look for a $1500.00 or $15,000.00 ring they will have something for you. The best part of Fleetwood though is their customer service. Ralph's team works cohesively as a unit and they provide phenomenal service. Every time I go in I feel like a princess or a celebrity with my own private jeweler. They take the time to listen and go the extra mile to find you something that works for your budget and needs. Their communication is also outstanding and they will call you immediately when there is new information or issues come up. Don't go anywhere else!!!
If I could give Fleetwood Jewellery a 10*.....I would. Purchased a piece of fine Canadian brand jewellery from their estate selection. I'm in Ontario, so I couldn't see the piece, in person. They went out of their way to provide me with multiple high resolution photographs which helped me make my decision to buy. They answered all my questions, provided competitive pricing, an up-to-date appraisal and free overnight shipping. Special thanks to Natalie, for making this such a pleasant transaction.......I am delighted with my purchase and won't hesitate to do business with them again........
The BEST engagement ring shopping experience I could have ever wanted. The customer service was fantastic. They do not work on commission and so i didn't feel pressured at all. I found a diamond I loved but wasn't a 100% yet, so they held it for as long as I wanted and even encouraged me to shop elsewhere to get an idea of what i wanted. Chris helped me out a lot. He was excellent and very friendly. The owner, Ralph was a pleasure to deal with. I designed my ring and needed it in a hurry, so they had it made in 3 days just so I could propose the day I had planned. The prices there are the best in Calgary and i shopped around a lot so I know I got the best deal. They quoted me a price; and then when the diamond was re-graded, it turned out that the diamond was actually worth a lot more, but they stayed true to their word and charged me the original quoted price. I'll definitely be going back for our wedding bands and recommending Fleetwood to everyone I meet.
