Ordering online are the easiest way to shop but visiting the physical store will give you the chance to appreciate the beauty of each item! Sometimes, good deals too! And shopping here in Alberta when you’re on a trip saves you some taxes too! You only pay 5%

Very polite and helpful staff. I simply adore handbags and just couldn't resist! Kate Spade uses some unusual designs and the bags are always colourful.

This is an amazing store for so many reasons: a. Obviously great location b. Trendy products c. Very friendly staffs with vast product knowledge d. Staffs offer assistance at all time e. Very cozy Must go to store in town!

I love this Kate Spade location and never had a bad experience here. Always appreciate friendly staff who allow you time to browse on your own. When I call, they always pick up the phone unlike some other stores. For a smaller sized store, they do have a pretty good selection, and always seem to have items I'm looking at on the website in store - this is much appreciated so I can pay in Canadian dollars and pick up, rather than having to order from the website, pay in USD and risk getting hit with duties on my purchase!

I received great customer service over the phone from a lady named Teddy. I needed her to track down an item in another store for me was sold out in their store and she was so helpful and got me the item in time for Christmas. Very friendly and a great portrayal of what customer service should be.

Great service and I love their purses. I have three Kate spade purses and they are all very durable. I carry a lot of stuff. Sales associates are always friendly and helpful.
