We are not your typical jewellery store. Instead, we are a small, full service jewellery design studio.

Needing a ring sized, I tried all the usual ‘big chain’ jewellery stores; crazy expensive, and very long timelines for the work.  Through reading reviews, I ended up booking an appointment with Sean at Ferguson Jewellery.  I got Sean to complete the work for me – he had it done in a day! – and I was very pleased with the results.  He even polished up my ring to make it look new .  I immediately asked Sean if he could do a redesign of a beloved ruby and diamond ring my grandmother had given me, and a pair of diamond and ruby earrings that I received from my now deceased parents.  We discussed design ideas, price points, and Sean did a few quick sketches so we could see what we were talking about.  I agreed to his initial concept, and left my items in his capable hands.  Fast forward to today, when I received my completed ring.  I must say, I did have my fair share of anxiety about what the ring would look like – would it be a ring wearing earrings?  Nope!  It’s fabulous!  Sean did an amazing job of combining everything into one stunning family/cocktail ring.  It is all polished up, glittery, and uniquely mine.  I’ve already gotten compliments on it .  Thank you, Sean, for being such a wonderful artist &lt;3  I appreciate all your communications with me and working on my new piece!

I had Sean make a right hand ring for me with an antique diamond I purchased elsewhere. From initial consultation to go over the design, updates throughout the months I had lots of time and didn’t really set a deadline, to the final product… I was very happy with the entire process!  I had very specific ideas on how I wanted the ring to look, and so I shared a sketch and some photos via Pinterest, and Sean made it happen. He made a computer model of the ring and 3D printed a mold for me to view before moving onto casting the ring.  Prices are very reasonable and competitive and I was able to bring some old yellow gold jewelry handed down to me to have it melted down and cast into the new ring. Superb quality all around - customer service, polishing and engraving! Sean is an awesome guy and a great person to chat with. It’s like meeting an old friend to catch up whenever I make an appointment to see him.  Highly recommended you support this small local business for your jewelry needs. I find it great to be able to directly deal with the goldsmith making your piece vs. Having to work through a sales person because you can communicate exactly what you want, make changes and see the changes directly from the person doing the work. I’ll be back to have other stones made into another piece. Thanks Sean for my lovely ring!

Had a great experience wih Sean in Nov.2022. An appointment was scheduled very quickly, he was very warm,we got right into the details of the resizing. I popped round Tim Horton's for a bit and it was ready before I got back. And then we chatted for what must have been about 2 hours, talking about our travels,favourite countries etc.  Sean was absolutely lovely!  I resized down and if I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know; flawless. Go to him for the great craftsmanship and personality.

Sean was very personable and professional. He discussed with me the best options for re-sizing my wedding ring, and had the work really nicely completed within a week since I wasn't in a hurry and at a reasonable cost. I recommend Ferguson!

Amazing quality and fantastic service. Sean was able to resize our fairly complicated rings in a matter of hours. So friendly and knowledgeable, we are excited to contract him for our wedding bands!
