Was here maybe a month or so ago to look into buying a new car. First interaction with sales rep was great. Very friendly and understanding, I was upfront in letting him know I wouldn’t be purching today but would like a test drive and some possible quotes for different things. Like I said the guy that help me was fantastic. We were wrapping things up when another old man came over and was very pushy in trying to get me to buy something right there on the spot. This left me feeling frustrated since he also knew I wasn’t planning on buying that day but continued to force options and questing at me. If it Wasn’t for that I would have gone back but unfortunately I just found that turned me away from returning. I understand they need to try and get sales and all that but to be that aggressive I’ve never seen anywhere else.

I purchased a Ram 1500 from this dealership and was very impressed with the customer service I received. I wish to compliment Paul Curry on not only taking care of the paper work, but also taking care of the post delivery of the truck. There is a reason for only the 4 stars. I purchased a winter tire package with the truck and had the tires put on. When I got the truck, I could not find the key for the wheel locks in the truck. When searching I found all the hidden spots where they forgot to clean which was utterly disgusting. Then I find out that the tech that worked on the truck lost the key and I would have to go back and have them cut off. When going for the appointment, all of a sudden the key shows up, but they had to do a warranty inspection because the same tech forgot to save it in the computer when it was originally done. I realize that all sounds horrible, but Paul Curry took care of it all for me and made sure I was pleased at the end of the day. I also came in for an Oil Change (since it wasn't done when the truck was delivered) and was happy with that experience. But the dealership should wash the service cars, even if its just an oil change or a engine rebuild. It would defiantly make clients happier if they see their vehicle cleaner than it was when brought in.

I went in to have my winter tires put on, and was told that my water pump and tie rods needed to be replaced. I got talked in to replacing the water pump, but I didn't have time to replace the tie rods. A couple weeks later I went to follow-up with another mechanic and he said there was nothing the matter with them. I also went and had a safety check done somewhere else, and again was told that they were fine. It may have just been a mistake on the dealer's part, but I got the feeling that there is too much pressure on the repair center sales people to earn money for them.

We had an appointment confirmed for a test drive and when we arrived there they told us that they didn’t have the car there! They are a liar! And the manager came to try to sell his used car to us! How they like to sell a car acting like that. Try another dealer before to go there! They don’t know how to be nice and at least tells the true!

Changed from 5 stars and a completely happy customer to one star and a warning for others - see the original review below still. (I am going to leave it there because this new experience should not take away from the original reason I left the original review.) Dan is still the best service advisor they have there and we do still appreciate how they helped us out with our old van. That being said, we purchased a new van last year with the Tires for Life promotion and bought the extra winter tire package because tires can get expensive and it was a good deal. We used the winter tires for the rest of last winter (Dec to March) and then this winter. I noticed that one tire was bald. Alignment was ok, no issue as to why this one tire should be down to the wear bars when the other three were fine. No problem, we have the tires for life. Problem. They will only guarantee the tires the vehicle comes with automatically, not the upsold winter tire package we bought and had put on at time of Delivery (since it was December). So our 15 month old vehicle with "tires for life" warranty needs a new tire. And we have to purchase it there to continue our end of the bargain, that we do all our maintenance there to keep our Tires for Life promotion valid. See the irony?? This was the second caravan we purchased here, my mother also purchased her last two caravans there and I serviced my old Caliber there until it died. Our family has been very loyal to not only Dodge but to Southbank and they have now taken away our faith in this dealer and our loyalty to them. For the cost of ONE tire. You have lost two families - for life :) What an unscrupulous sales team, it was not mentioned the winter tire package would not be included in the Tires for Life program, even when we stated we would buy the package BECAUSE they offered this program. I work in a dealership myself so we would NEVER have purchased these tires there knowing that. I guess some dealerships aren't as honest as others. We would NEVER drive a customer away over the cost of one tire. Love it. Fixed our van right away when another dealership (dodge orleans) couldn't figure out it was an outstanding software update issue. Dan O'Neil was fabulous. Kept me updated and made sure we were happy and our vehicle was actually repaired. Unfortunately, by this time the transmission had suffered catastrophic failure and ended up having to be repaired. But thanks to both him and Murray Mantz for taking such good care of us. The loaner vehicle was also a huge help when you have two different schools to pick your kids up from and live further away. Couldn't be happier!
