I can only speak on my experience when dealing with this dealership. It's unfortunate to see some customers having negative outcomes, which in my opinion is usually a sign of 1 or 2 bad apples that need to be removed. Hopefully my review helps you make an informed decision. My entire experience was seamless from beginning to end. They made it happen in record time to please me. The staff I dealt with were professional and courteous. I can't say good enough things about this company or the people that I communicated with. I've also called and spoken with the Service Manager and find it refreshing to have an honest conversation about expectations. Always give the benefit of the doubt. That said, special shout out to the Sales guys I dealt with, Marc and Aymane. And Dawn, you are great! You made the follow up happen even with the many curve balls I threw your way, and we could be happier!

As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed by a friendly face at the front desk. Angele was very pleasant every time. We didn’t have an appointment and had Joshua help us. He was great at his job and made sure we got all of our questions and concerns answered. Ivan did our financing and he was very experienced and knowledgeable, he was honest and upfront about every thing. We definitely will be back for our second car. Their lot was full of inventory and the price was unbeatable.

Although we didn't end up buying a vehicle from here the model we tested didn't end up suiting my family's needs we were very happy with our experience test driving a car here. Mario was friendly, polite, and professional and was very helpful in guiding us around for our test drive. He wasn't overly pushy and fully understood when I explained that we had more cars to try before making a decision. Overall I will be recommending this place to people looking for a used car and if when? I am in the market again I will think of here.

Had the most amazing experience here! Khalid and Marc really took care of us, we needed to upgrade our car for our growing family and left with a Kia Sorrento! Both guys were super knowledgeable and really helpful in deciding which SUV to go with. They also gave us an amazing deal and the car had every feature we wanted.nnWe had mentioned some concerns with stains on the internal fabric but they assured us that it would be cleaned, which it was when we went to pick up the car. They got it all out. Extremely happy with the service. Would really recommend this dealership.
