Presley's Auto Showcase is a used car dealership with an attached service center. We have the ability to verify on site the quality of every used car we sell in Ottawa. We offer sales and financing options of pre-owned vehicles. We offer a wide range of financing through our sister company, Credit Help Financial. Our in-house financing comes with lease to own option. If you have $1,000.00 down and ability to pay, you are approved!

We believe in second chances! Presley’s Auto Showcase understands that many people have temporary employment or credit problems. We go beyond the numbers and credit bureau to help get you behind the wheel of the best used car. Our team is committed to giving all our customers the personal attention their circumstances warrant. I just recently traded my vehicle in for a beautiful Mustang GT premium. I have to say this was the most pleasant and easy experience that I've ever had making a purchase of this magnitude. I primarily dealt with the owners of the business and it was spectacular to see the owner's treat their customers like I was their first costumer ever, very attentive and accommodating. I highly recommend Greg and his team over at Presley's Auto Showcase.
I was extremely satisfied with the experience of selling a car here. I was in a out in about an hour with everything done. The quote was extremely fair, and they also helped me close out the open car loan I had. Also, Greg is very honest and genuine. I am moving to US so had to sell my car, but Greg was so generous to offer me help in trying to find a good deal for me once i move to the states. Overall, I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to sell their car. 10/10

Highlights: Honest, fair, efficient and amazing customer service. First time dealing with a car sales and it was so fast and efficient. Honestly, I've never had such a positive experience. Booking: Greg and his team were very accommodating to set up an appointment. Never had to wait or chase. They also do not hound you non-stop for days email and calls like some dealerships. Customer service and value: Exceptional! I spent hours and days working with other shops to trade in my truck. Always a great quote on phone, show up and it's a nickel and dime game that didn't come close to their original offer. Greg and I were able strike a deal within 4 minutes. I kid you not. As a woman I felt other shops lowballed me because I am a woman. Greg was open and fair with his pricing and firm in his assessment. Respectful, friendly, he is very trustworthy as a straight shooter. He made sure I was completly comfortable and offered me options. Closing; what a breeze, Jessica was ready and grabbing information as Greg and I talked. She had everything prep and ready to go with straightforward paperwork and processes. Outstanding loan no problem! They know the ropes inside and out and no mistakes can not say the same for large dealerships that charge ridiculous admin fees but "opps we already sold that truck" Honestly, I can mot recommend this company high enough. A small local business with a reputable family. Yes it's a business but they really care about their clients. Thank you Greg and Jessica!
Amazing service, great vehicles, reasonable prices. I showed up there to see two different vehicles, without any "high" expectations as I was already been shopping for a few days and found various vehicles and was almost ready to make a decision. First thing I have noticed when I arrived is the feeling of connection, the easygoing and being comfortable. There were no seller pressure, I was the only costumer there and the saleswoman was extremely friendly and "human" clearly not seeing a costumer as a paycheck. After a little talk, she gave me the key of the first vehicle I wanted to see and gave me space so I can check it out by myself nothing worst than a salesman that comments on everything you say or notice, like it should always be done when shopping for a car. We then sat down and she gave me a rundown of the history of the vehicles and all I needed to know in detail about the vehicles I was interested in. Shortly after, I decided to go for a test drive with the first vehicle and I was so impressed about it most dealer won't do any maintenance or repair or anything until the vehicle is sold and that vehicle was perfect and fitted my needs right on the spot. Once again, without any pressure, I asked for the minimum price I could get which I was extremely surprised of. I had other appointments that day, but my decision was already made. The turnover between the moment I called in to say I take it, to the moment I drove away with my new vehicle was smooth, quick, professional and without any stress or issues. It took a little over than 24h from the time I called in to the time I drove away, which is very impressive especially during COVID and the lack of qualified workers willing to take care of mechanic, safety ect... All I needed to do is sit, relax and wait for the call. Overall, costumer service, effectiveness, professionalism, honestly and trust are my words to describe Presley's Auto. I strongly recommend to try it out. If I ever buy another vehicle in Ottawa, I will certainly consider Presley's Auto as my first spot.
A seamless experience with Greg and Wasiq. They were both very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Had a newish Ram 1500 I no longer needed that I put a ton of extras into and it was very well kept. I tried several major dealers around my city and none of them cared about how well the truck was kept and the extras/aftermarket parts and upgrades I did to he truck. I sent an e-mail to Greg at Presley's and with in 10 minutes at 8pm he called me back. Offered me $1000 more than anyone around me and promised he wouldn't make me drive 2 hours to not take the vehicle. I drove to Ottawa two days later pulled into the parking lot and Greg bought it from me on the spot. If it wasn't for being on hold with the bank for 20 minutes Greg and his team would have had the purchase and loan paid off in all of 5 minutes. Service was so fast and accurate I had to walk to the bar next door and have a few beers while i waited for my ride. Found Presleys to be super honest, respectful and stuck to their word. I got what I would've got trying to sell it privately but without the tire kickers and hassle.
We were unsure what to expect from an on-line contact to sell our 2010 Elantra. But Greg quickly put our worries to rest. He spoke to us in a no-pressure way, gave us a fair offer for our car and concluded the paperwork in an efficient and professional manner. And because my wife had a small 'attachment' moment when the car was leaving, took the time to send us a nice email to say that the car had arrived safely and was doing fine. They definitely take the 'human touch to the maximum. We would have no problem recommending their services to anyone.
I have been looking for a beautiful blue Ford F150 for about a month and I was really happy to finally find one through Presley Auto : Randy made the whole process smooth, quick and easy And was very welcoming. I live about an hour away and they held the truck for me until I could come see it which was really nice of them. When I got there, all the paperwork and plates were ready so I wouldn’t have to make a back and forth trip as well if I did take the vehicle, which of course I did : A small repair was even needed for the truck and they generously took care of it even after I had purchased it staying true to their guarantee even after I had taken it home. It’s nice to find an honest dealership with no pushy attitude. It makes sense that they’ve been in business for so long with their integrity and standing by their vehicles. The price was extremely fair too as compared to other dealers selling the same make and model. Would recommend anyone to purchase their vehicle through them!!!
