Just purchased a vehicle at Janex Auto. Peter Stokes (Sales Specialist) was professional courteous knowledgeable and honest. One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 45 years of driving. Highly recommend Janex Auto for a stress free buying experience. All the staff are happy professionals such as Faysal etc, even the receptionist. Purchased one new set of winter tires/rims and one used set of tires from Jan at Janex. Very helpful and prices were competitive. Jan was always accessible and ready to answer any questions I had during and after the purchase. My first choice for tires was not available/sold out, otherwise 5 stars!!

I recently purchased a Mini Cooper from Janex, I originally contacted them through autotrader and received a quick response from Ryan. He was very accommodating when booking a test drive and was helpful throughout negotiating the purchase. The car was fixed of any faults that were found during the test drive and had all requested parts replaced. Overall, the price was good, the service was great and the car is awesome to drive.

I can honestly say the only good thing about this company is the friendly sales men when going in. I purchased a vehicle only to find out the next morning there was a pea size chip in the windshield. I called right away and spoke with the salesman who sold me the car, he said he would get back to me and it took 2 days and a very stern phone call from my mother to him for anything to happen. Once gives the number of the person who could fix it they asked for pictures of it, I sent some and he said he would get back to me also.. no response to my multiple calls and texts. They just want a sale and don’t care about you after that.
