She always replied fast and explained everything clearly, even when I changed my mind a few times.nHer manager Andre also helped a lot during the final deal. Straightforward guy, didn't play tricks, and gave me a fair price. I could feel they both wanted to help me, not just push for a sale.nCar was ready earlier than expected, and the pickup process was simple and quick.nOverall, great team, honest vibe, and no drama.nHappy with the car, happy with the people. 5 stars from me!

Absolutely great service! Bought a used car and they had everything ready to go for me quickly. David was fantastic! Had an issue right after pickup and I brought it back and they had it all sorted by the end of the day, manager is great too and really cares. Only things that would have made my experience even better was if I had been able to take home paperwork the first day laying out all the pricing and fees instead of just seeing them in person before leaving and forgetting the exact numbers, and more clear instructions for options of payment limits, fees, void cheque vs direct deposit form etc.. I got all my answers and quite quick responses, but anticipating questions and providing as much of that upfront as possible, especially for younger clients who may not have bought a car before would be amazing. Thanks everyone who helped me out!

Always great support from sales and best maintenance team in the city. Unfortunately, the manager is having staffing challenges with the finance and business management team. After buying 3 vehicles here, this has been a horrible experience. We gave a week from the vehicle decision to pick up and the roof racked was missed. No big deal, except it took a month to get it installed and only with the intervention of the great service department. Slow to process our paperwork, frustrated our insurance company with lack of responsiveness. Resulted in two payments on our old vehicle being withdrawn. Repeated emails, calls, and visits to get the cheque for the money owed. It will be ready on Monday and it is not ready. Went in to have the roof rack installed and inquired about the cheque. Yes, my wife may have came in and did not get it. Thought while waiting an hour it would not hurt to ask if it was ready..... Manager cannot give a date and complains about the challenges of staffing and they are selling 100 cars per month. Be aware that unless the manager gets their act together, they will sell you the car, but make sure all of the add ons and anything else are done as you will be left waiting. What's nearly a thousand bucks that you are out for a month? Not important to the manager at Nissan 417 for a client that purchased several vehicles from that location.
