I had a great experience with 417 Nissan. Everything went smoothly from start to finish when purchasing my vehicle. The managers were very helpful, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process.nnThis is my second car from 417 Nissan, and once again they delivered excellent service. I’m very happy with my purchase and the overall experience. I would definitely refer friends, family, and clients to this dealership. Highly recommend!

I went to 417 Nissan just to test drive a couple of vehicles. Ended up testing a 2025 Nissan Kicks and loved it. The sales rep David was awesome. Very knowledgeable and calm I did not feel pressured at all he just explained and let me test the two vehicles. Wasn’t necessarily planning on purchasing but everything worked out well. No issues what so ever. I cannot speak to the service folks but the sales team including the finance manager were very nice and respectful. It was a great experience. If anything changes I will happily edit but as it stands, I am very happy with my purchase

I highly recommend any buyer when buying a used car from them any make or model to verify service dates and what was done in written and not words and should be official documents of service that shows VIN and car model and date and service was done to avoid any suprise knowing that this car warranty is void as example you bought a Hyundai hybrid 2024 with 30km on it this means normally this car is under warranty as per Hyundai policy 100k KM or 5 years so this used car should be under warranty but let say if previous owner didn't change oil or change it without a valid proof and not back yard shop and something happens to engine and you went to claim warranty and you don't have valid proof of changing oil they void your warranty and not honor It. This what happened to me and. Sent Sales manager request for proof and service he never answered back to my email so I sent him back email advising him I'm not interested

Nissan 417 is the best ! We couldn’t be more pleased with the team we dealt with. Ibrahim, in Sales was kind, courteous and listened with care as he attended to all of our specific concerns, totally with professionalism. We also can’t say enough about the General Manager, André, and Sahel, their Finance Services Manager. They both stepped out of the box and went to bat for us. We are very grateful and couldn’t be happier ! Thanks Nissan 417 !!nnP.S. The key picking contest for the celebration happening at the time as our purchase that gave us a $300 cash win was so much fun !
