As a local guide my experience at 417 Nissan was beyond disappointing; it was downright appalling. Facing a family emergency, I reluctantly decided to trade in my cherished 9th gen Civic Si that's in excellent condition. Little did I know that the staff at 417 Nissan would see my vulnerability as an opportunity to exploit me in my opinionthe staff are nice but they have to follow the system from Nissan to ripoff customers.nnInitially, they offered me $9,000 for my trade-in, a figure already below market value. However, as negotiations progressed, their tactics became increasingly predatory. They'll always lower your trade-in value by 35%. Despite my firm stance that $14k was my bottom line, they shamelessly attempted to pressure me into accepting less. They even had the audacity to suggest lowering the offer by $500, then $300, and finally a laughable $95 from my original bottom offer of $14k.nnTheir actions were not only disrespectful but downright dishonest. It's clear that 417 Nissan prioritizes profit over ethics, willing to take advantage of customers in distress. This experience left me feeling disgusted and betrayed.nnI strongly caution anyone considering doing business with 417 Nissan to think twice. Their lack of integrity and willingness to exploit others for financial gain make them unworthy of trust. Don't let yourself become another victim of their deceitful practices; seek out a dealership that values honesty and fairness.

Sold us what was supposed to be my wife’s dream car. It was previously owned with only 52,000 km. The day we picked it up the engine warning light was on but were told it would eventually turn off as it was something minor with the tire pressure.nWell the light never did shut off and we had a smell of coolant when we brought it home. Returned the vehicle and they added coolant but could not find a leak. They covered the cost of the repair however the smell of coolant was still present. We decided to pay another mechanic for a second opinion and we were provided pictures where it looks obvious to us that the leak has been present for quite some time. Provided the pictures to the dealer and they refuse to help us. Beware!

The experience was professional yet very friendly! No pressure experience in buying a new car. The Sales Associates were down to earth people not stuffy, the financing piece was painless - and they were able to meet my quick turn around request. 100% recommend this location for a new car! Thanks to everyone!!

I share this with mixed emotions. In one hand they were terrific and great. But I was very disappointed when I brought my car in for service. They knew my vehicle was from the USA and twice I was told that my service was covered under warranty. Afterwords I was informed at checkout that it wasn’t and the work had already been done. I had not budgeted for the additional $189.00 and was not given the option to turn the service down.

I like the team of 417 Nissan, they are amazing. They helped us with our car purchase and maintenance. They always keep their promises. It’s easy to schedule appointments. The communication is great. Shuttle service is available. Thank you! I definitely recommend 417 Nissan.
