My husband and I had been looking to purchase our first car since this summer, and it was not easy. As soon as we walked through the building last weekend, James Augustin warmly welcomed us. It was August 25 when we walked in and enquired about RAV4. Hussein entertained us promptly, gave us the opportunity to test drive the car. Ordered on the same day. Picked up our RAV4 yesterday 29.09.25. Thanks to Hussein Alshawi for his handwork and for being able to get us the trim and color that we prefer in just a month.The car arrived at the dealership last week Sept. 26 but due to work and other paper works we have to settle, we pick up the car 2 days after delivery. We went to other Toyota dealership across Ottawa, only Hussein was able to get us the fastest delivery. Some dealership told us that waiting could be 2-6 months or we might end up with 2026 model. However Hussein reassured that he will do his best to get us the car in a month. He is indeed a rockstar! Hussein was very hands on, calls and text for update. I commend him for his excellent customer service. We would like to thank Ashley as well for the finance assistance and for the freebies.nWe recommend booking an appointment though as they might be busy sometimes, they can still accommodate you but it is best to book an appointment.
