MINI Ottawa

I just did my annual service there two weeks ago. I called them to book for a service and they told me I can come anytime I want that day. It’s quite surprising because I heard in other cities it will take up to 2 weeks before they can find a time for your service. I’m very satisfied with my experience. The staff and service manager are very kind and professional. I’ll definitely come here next year for my service.

Don’t be fooled by the great buying experience - they have demonstrated terrible support when there was a problem. I was so disappointed with the brand and the at Mini Ottawa I sold my much loved Countryman All 4 in ~ 2 years, at a deep loss. My 2013 Countryman had a problem shifting - the stick shift moved several inches side to side and I could not reverse. They said they needed to spend $800 to check it out. I had no choice, but because I had bought 4 years of extended warranty to cover the known high price of fixing Mini’s I thought the shifter had to be something mechanical under warranty. They told me it was my clutch and it would cost me ~$4000 and it was not covered under warranty. I was blown away! I explained the shifter movement couldn’t be the clutch - they later said coincidentally the cable that controls the shifter movement happened to get broken when they were doing the work...don’t worry they would cover the cost of the cable. It gets worse - I then tell them I had brought the car in for a clutch break smell - even on the highway - four months earlier. They charged me ~$150 and said there was no problem. I then explained the clutch and flywheel were replaced just before I bought the car (read: different driver) so to have two clutches replaced in two years (

My husband and I purchased a Countryman just last month we dealt with a young man named Emile El-Hitti, he was excellent when it came to customer service. He was friendly and offered us a great deal we couldn't refuse. All together great service and definitely recommend checking out this location!! Thank you MINI Ottawa!

Great looking place, and they had every model in stock except the one I am interested in buying. If you want a plugin Hybrid forget it, like many places that sell plugins, they want a deposit and they'll put you on a list happily. Never, ever, ever, and don't advertise something you can't sell.

Great service at the location. Was able to drop off my car without booking an appointment and the service was done the same day!
