Snake River Pool & Spa of Idaho, LLC

Beau and the staff at Snake River Pool & Spa were so awesome to work with. Going in the first time not knowing anything about spas, they were willing to answer all my questions and teach my family everything we needed to know. My family absolutely enjoys the spa and we are sitting in it almost nightly. Our 5 year old begs to sit in it. Such a great experience for the whole family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spa. Thanks again Beau and the Spa Team from our family to yours.

Recently bought our hot tub from Beau, and he was literally the best salesman ever, super helpful, answered every question honestly, and has been so good about checking up on us to see how our spa is. The hot tub is spectacular too!! Our kids love it, and it is so wonderful now that the weather is freezing!! Would definitely recommend these guys! Service is awesome, delivered on time by their awesome delivery guys, and came out a few days later to give us a run down on everything, and set us up with all the right chemicals and things we needed to get our spa up and running! They are amazing!!

This was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had in making a purchase. Greg and his install crew were so great to work with. From the beginning Greg walked me through the different kinds of hot tubs and came up with some different options so I could get the most out of my purchase. He helped me with the financing and made sure I was pleased with everything. The install crew was more than fantastic - it was a challenge to remove my old tub and install my new one; but they were very pleasant to me and very mindful of my property. Walked me through the whole install process and operation of my new tub. They made sure before they left that everything was done to my satisfaction and gave me numbers to call if I had any questions. My whole experience was great and I would certainly recommend anyone thinking of getting a new tub or for repairs they call Snake River Pool and Spa.

The Spa Team did a great job with the installation! Paul and Troy removed our old spa and installed our new one! They were awesome to work with, they handled all of the heavy stuff with an impressive array of talent and experience. They knew all of the details and instructed us very thoroughly on the various features and functions with our new Vanguard Hotsprings Spa. They did a nice job of following up with the removal of the old spa and installing it in the new owner's house, too. It is really nice to have the therapeutic and relaxing spa features in our new unit and we really enjoy the ACE water system. It makes your skin feel incredibly soft and smooth. We bought a pool table at the Snake River Pool Boise location last week and are very happy with the purchase and installation experience. We got a good deal on the table and accessories and were contacted the next day to schedule delivery at our convenience. They arrived on time and set it up after taking the time to ensure it was properly leveled and addressed any questions we had. I will continue to patronize them for our Hot Tub and game room needs.
