Great experience! I called ahead and asked if they could replace my battery for me. I’m a wheelchair user and I wanted help with this task. I let them know that, and they completed everything without me even leaving the car! Because I had called, Dan knew to look for me to pull in. He assessed my battery, recommended a new one, replaced it, cleaned up the corrosion and stuff, and it’s all done now. Dan knows a lot about batteries and I felt confident that I was getting a great battery for my price point. I was able to pay the bill over the phone Thank you Jared! and it was all said and done in probably 10-15 minutes! I really appreciated their willingness to help me and that they took care of everything quickly. They didn’t charge for the battery install. All things thumbs up from me!

I got a message on my dash that I was extremely low on DEF and the truck would operate on reduced speed soon. I found the Twin Falls AutoZone, walked in and told the two people at the counter that I needed to purchase two containers of DEF and asked if someone would be able to help me put it in the truck. They enthusiastically said Tina, the Asst Mgr would help. She carried the DEF to the truck, and poured it in for me. She was kind, helpful and polite. Thank you for the BEST customer service anyone could ask for! I will be back for all my needs.

I usually love this place, go to it for all things car related... ordered a part earlier this week, it came in early and I was super happy to go get it.... UNTIL I arrived at the store, the 2 women working stayed in the back just gossiping for 22 minutes, while there were multiple people in the store I know they were gossiping because you could hear them loudly. One of the women finally appeared only after my husband loudly stated how ridiculous it was to not have anyone present at front with customers, she was disheveled, and extremely rude, cutting both my husband and I off when we were attempting to let her know that we were picking up a part snapping at us when my husband attempted to ask advise question about the part we were picking up.

The store manager Jerrod helped us out with a battery replacement where other auto part stores likely would have turned us away. He saved us a lot of time and money. I can’t recommend him and this store enough.

Popped in to pick up a needle for a grease gun. Found it and went to check out. The one employee at the front was tied up with a customer. There were three employees chatting in the back. I waited awhile for some acknowledgement or help. Finally asked the one guy if he could get the others to come. He didn't alert them. One employee finally came to the front, saw 4-5 customers waiting, clocked out and left without helping anyone or asking those in the back to come help. After 15 minutes of standing at the checkout counter, I finally left and drove to O'Reilly where I paid more for the same part but got helped right away.
