AutoZone

I usually love this place, go to it for all things car related... ordered a part earlier this week, it came in early and I was super happy to go get it.... UNTIL I arrived at the store, the 2 women working stayed in the back just gossiping for 22 minutes, while there were multiple people in the store I know they were gossiping because you could hear them loudly. One of the women finally appeared only after my husband loudly stated how ridiculous it was to not have anyone present at front with customers, she was disheveled, and extremely rude, cutting both my husband and I off when we were attempting to let her know that we were picking up a part snapping at us when my husband attempted to ask advise question about the part we were picking up.

They just opened up a New AutoZone almost right across the street from where I live and I went in for the first time and enjoyed my visit and my purchase.nI had bought a license plate frame for my new car and has I was walking out to my car, a young man who worked there by the name of Josiah stopped me and asked if he could help me by putting them on for me.nI said, yes that would be so awesome if you could.nThank you AutoZone for people like Josiah who are so helpful and have great customer service skills.nRebecca S.

Awesome service. Shawn helped us out big time. We are from out of state and my battery cable clamps came loose and wouldn't tighten. He went above and beyond his duties. Thank you!

Tina was very welcoming from the start. Her customer service is phenomenal. I seen her help customers and even taking a phone call. She was very attending and overall great service. 10/10

The check engine light went on in my car--I stopped by to ask if it was possible to get someone to help, and the store manager did not hesitate to help: he did a reading on the vehicle, gave me the different reasons for the issue, and also printed out the report for me to take to the repair shop. I can't thank him enough for being so helpful. Thank you, AutoZone!
