I went in to Ashley's to look for new beds, and to ask questions. The store here in Twin falls is really spacious and all the setups look amazing. As I walked into the store I was instantly greeted by Bob. He was very interested in what I wanted, and answered all the questions I had. I am very happy with the customer service from the employees. I will definitely be buying my future home furniture from Ashley's. Thank you for taking care of us, Bob and Melissa! (:

Allie at he Twin Falls, Idaho store was the best!! I have just purchased a home and she helped to make sure that we had everything that we needed. She even helped placed our order on hold until we closed on our house. She truly helped make our new home purchase the best experience!!

Good furniture selection and good sales price. Store is very nicely laid out and pretty fabrics for furniture. Bob was very helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure sales. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I had a great buying experience at this store! Bob Patterson, the gentleman that helped us, was just a wonderful person. I wouldn't call Bob a salesperson because he never once tried high pressure tactics. He was very informative concerning any of the furniture we were interested in. Bob worked for us. Patty and I would highly recommend this store for your furniture purchases and request Mr Bob Patterson to assist you.
