Seems to be busy a lot but has a wide variety of products. Centrally located, I love checking the discount section, best time usually in the A.M. Definitely get a reward card the gas discounts are nice when they add up. I saved a $1 a gallon one time. Overall I will always shop here. Decent amount of organic and natural no bs food.

Store is pretty great. Just leaving this review for the bathrooms. What is happening in that place. Every time I go something new has happened. Walls graffitied, sinks and toilets often closed for months. No toilet paper holders. Today a lid on a toilet is broken in half. That was a new one. Some of the worst public bathrooms I've ever frequented.

I really like your store and employees- usually.nToday while shopping, there is a giant advertisement as you walk in the door bell peppers $.99 with card and digital. I went and got a Produce employee and ask them how digital pricing worked. She told me to tell the cashier and they would take care of it. I got to the checkout and they were not digital, but your. Cashier Karen was very helpful to explain the digital process. And how My purchase was not covered under digital. We have shopped there 15 years and my wife did not understand the digital program Either. As I was leaving the store, I was still fired up and got another Produce employee and asked him to explain how much the peppers were. He looked at me like I was stupid. He said they’re $.99 digitally. I am very disappointed in your deceptive, advertising and pricing. Management needs to pay attention. I was charged $1.67 each which is not a big deal, but I hate deceptive pricing.

I was looking around the store lost out of my mind! But the manager Ryan came up and was such a dear! He helped me find what I needed and took good care of me. He has such a beautiful personality and makes the place shine! Good man indeed!

I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Fred Meyer's. On Wednesday, we took advantage of a promotion supposedly available to Rockstars members at $0.88 per item, which was advertised for a weekend special. We purchased four cases, totaling a considerable amount after payment. Upon reviewing the receipt, we noticed an error in the charges. Returning to the store, my wife approached the Customer Service desk, where the representative responded dismissively. When I intervened to address both the representative's attitude and the billing issue, the same representative attended to us. After I expressed my frustration, a manager became involved and rectified the pricing issue but introduced a new limitation of eight items per purchase. When I requested they process the transaction in multiple parts to adhere to this limit, the staff refused. Consequently, we returned the items and will not shop at the Twin Falls Fred Meyer's again.
