All Mormen owned Deseret Industries do do not allow returns on anything except clothing and clothing you have to exchange on the same day when returned. Even Goodwill not a God drven business will take returns on anything you purchase within 7 days with a receipt. Deseret Industries is suppose to be a God driven business. Everything they sell is given to them free and brought to Deseret Iindustries and donated. If something you bought is no good....it is tough luck!! Conclusion: I discern from first hand experience, that the Mormons are trying to build their empire, and more concerned about their money, then the people who donate and patronize their thrift stores. When you purchase an item there be certain it works or don't buy it!! What is their problem regarding returning something? It is just common sense and good business principles, to treat people fairly, especially when everything they sell has been given to them.

Horribly inconsistent pricing. i.e. USA faded flag $60.

The employees are rude their stores disorganized and they have never anything good anymore

Customer service sucks and very disorganized and in the twin fall store. The Burley store is way better.
