Someone urinated in the book section over a week ago and they still haven’t adequately cleaned it up. It still smells like urine and the floor near the books is sticky.

Not super organized. Good overall service from staff. Most items are fairly priced and put in the correct zone. I love to buy the decorations here, their pricing and selection is second to none. Can't say that I have bought much else though...

I am very impressed with many of the changes that have taken place within the past couple of years. Customer service has improved dramatically and I do feel the prices are a little more reasonable, streamlined and consistent. Management has been far more amicable and I am so grateful I can go and have a positive experience! I love that they offer a discount on clothing for filling out the survey on the receipt, but I love the fact that they actually listen and take into account your feedback! I have also been impressed with the growth of their employees. They are so kind, patient and helpful. Keep up the awesome work DI!

Management was completely rude to my disabled aunt today, we both said they lost our business for good!

Always a good experience when I have been there. Only complaint is the stickers need to not reach in front of customers shopping.
