Ruben Olmos provided excellent customer service! He happily answered all of our questions and worked with us to make sure we came to a deal we were all happy with! If he didn't know the answer, he asked someone or was able to quickly look it up on his phone. After the car was picked out, we did not have to sit around for hours to sign the paperwork. Everyone else seemed very friendly also, the finance guy was quick and efficient. I am always leery of being taken advantage of with purchases like this, and I felt everyone there had our best interests in mind. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be return customers!

We’re really excited about our car we purchased here! Ruben was really nice to work with. He was accommodating and not pushy but upfront and honest. He did a lot of things to make the purchase hassle free for us. Definitely a great experience!

I wasn't looking forward to car shopping just because of prior experiences at dealers. This experience was awesome though. Chris, the salesman that helped us was the "no-pressure" type and just made it comfortable to look at cars and find a good buy. I very highly recommend the car store.

Jonathan was great! We usually hate car shopping, but with Jonathan he made the process faster then we usually get. We hate the "back and forth" that you get when you try to negotiate a deal. We told him all we were willing to pay and he made sure that happened the first time. We were in and out in about an hour. Very happy with everyone at The Car Store. We will be going back

Ruben Olmos was an amazing salesman and worked incredibly hard to get payments that worked for us! They all treated us amazing and they made sure we got a car that we loved! I would HIGHLY recommend the Car Store if you're looking for a car and you get AMAZING customer service! This was a great first experience for me!
