The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Always get the correct part at better prices. Will continue to be a customer for the foreseeable future.

They were very helpful and fast to get you out so I didn't have to stand around waiting to get helped and out the door

Only two stars it use to be a five star but wasnt happy overheared a conversation. Michael i beleive is his name was rudely talking about oreilys customers a young kid went in to buy parts and provided the information to the vechicle the young cute man. Let the employee know it was going under a commercial acount but sadly michael started to bad mouth tbe individual who the commercial account belonged to not only for a little bit but over and over how the individiul didnt know how to do mechanic and that he shouldnt b working on vechicles. Sad to say oreilys will not have any of my business or family business going back to purchasing parts at nampa auto parts thank you michael for showing me what kind of employee you are a disgrace to your customers.
