Jesse was an extremely wonderful person who helped me above and beyond. My car battery was dead. He suggested a battery that would go with my driving habits, and installed it for me! It was just a wonderful help and I will be sure to let others know about the great service I received there.

Manager was friggin awesome. Allowed me to replace the coils in my truck on the lot. Was in n out about 15 minutes with repairs.nThanks again dude!

The gentleman who helped install the battery had a harder time because of a hook that had broken so he went above and beyond! He was great help!

Okay folks out of all of the auto parts stores in the city of Twin Falls I am enthusiastically recommending O'Reilly Auto parts on Blue lakes boulevard to any and everyone for all of your automotive parts repair needs. They are above all of the other stores when it comes to how they treat customers how they handle situations. They are very friendly and professional and I am so happy that I chose that store when I had an emergency in the vehicle I was driving. I was greeted and treated with respect and the staff was very quick to reach out and offer assistance in going outside to read the codes on the vehicle and off duty employee take time out of his day to help me figure out my car issues and resolve them. The employee that helped at the counter was named Jake and he was very professional and helpful. A big thanks to the off-duty employee named Jacob who went way above and beyond anything I expected and essentially helped me make a decision on what to get and then helped me by fixing the vehicle right there very quickly I might add. Oh yeah if he's reading this you are a super cool dude congratulations to you and your woman on your new baby. Thanks to the store manager.. he is a really great listener. U GUYSnROCK!!!
