I absolutely love these guys so much they’re always so friendly and so helpful! I’ve been running around without A brake light and then a front light. I took it into Middlekauff and I was quoted almost $800. I was told that something had melted or there was water damage. I got two different stories long story short I can’t afford that so I went to O’reilly’s. Jaxon helped me. He helped me find the lights and then he put them in for me. There was no problem at all. I’m fully functioning now with all my lights on my car. I can’t say how grateful I am for this young man and how exceptional their customer services. I’ve had people cussing at me and other people following me to scold me to fix my lights. I just really didn’t think I could do anything about it because I was told there was a bigger issues! I love this auto parts store so much and the employees that work there they go above and beyond to help us here in Twin! Jaxon you are the bomb.com! Thank you so much you made my night! My family and I were traveling from Reno to Idaho Falls, and my headlights died on me just outside of Twin falls. It was very close to closing time but the outstanding young man at the counter jumped at the chance to help me out. He showed me right where the headlights were and was very courteous.
