Nice neighbors. Staff is nice. Quiet and clean grounds. Good location to many local amenities. One of the only true full-time lots in this area. Very manageable rent.

A perfectly fine park. Located near many services and has a generally trouble-free populace. Only singing a star as someone did attempt to break into our shed a few weeks back, so it's not entirely devoid of troubles.

I have never experienced a lack of professionalism from a company until I contacted Smokey Point RV Park. This company treats its employees poorly and engages in shady business tactics. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

The puddle by where the office meant I had to stay in my car since I could not walk through it. Was very deep. My sister came out to my car.
