Lake Roesiger Park

40 acre park that includes a small beach on Lake Roesiger, plus some forest with trails across the street. Basically, the main part of the park is a dirt parking area and some grass, with shoreline access to the 2-mile long thin lake, a small designated swimming area, and restrooms. Lake Roesiger is its own little community, so the shoreline is busy with houses. As such, the park is kind of pretty, but does not feel secluded or anything like that. There's a nice sign detailing the history of the first German settlers, but not much else there. Fine to stop by if you're in the area, but not worth going to as it's own destination. :)

Quiet pleasant park ... great swimming area ...no lifeguard to bother ya ...pleasant breeze ... nice gentle lake experience

Nice park with swimming area. Not too crowded weekdays. Weekends in summer really busy.

Nice swimming area and park. Can be very crowded on summer weekends when parking is hard to find.

Not a big park but its nice. Few picnic tables and a bunch of grass and swiming area.
