Oh my goodness . Is this a secret place or what... this is an awesome place to have a lot to put an RV on.. or a mobile home..This park is so serene, tall trees, quiet camping areas.. amenities small store bath facilities available all over.. A great place to hike around.. only minutes from the sound and Kayak point.. but best of all .one can with go camping there.or.. buy a lot or 2 ..use this as an escape during summer snow bird style.. or have 2 lots and live here year round.. I found this a great place to enjoy... You have to come visit this place. A security gate in the beginning and an office to check out..the available lots and even mobile home sales.. Just loved it..
Beautiful setting, friendly people and great amenities!
FYI - Observations from someone who recently considered purchasing a membership at PSCC. First, the current rule set does not apply to all members. Out of the 2500+ lots at PSCC, at least 50% of them are grandfathered out of the current rule set. Many of these lots have run down rigs on them and look like they have not been maintained at all. Some lots are beautiful, where people have come in and really improved the lot and community in general. The biggest issue I encountered was with the septic. PSCC has rules and regulations regarding regular pumping and maintenance of the septic system on each individual site, including keeping records about when septic systems have been serviced. However, the one site I decided I wanted to purchase ended up having a total septic system failure and it seemed to be somewhat of a surprise to the sales office. When I spoke to the sales person originally, I was told that the seller and/or PSCC would be responsible for any septic issues, but later I received a call back from the sales office stating that the seller acknowledged the system had failed, and that they were willing to split the cost 50/50 approximately $5000.00 total. This brings me to the crux of the situation with PSCC, specifically in terms of their sales team. They are very rushed, always in a hurry. To be fair, they will ask if you have any additional questions, but if you don't have a list of questions you will not be able to ascertain what you need to know via conversation or dialog. They are not diligent with email, instead relying on phone calls with the same hurried behavior, so you end up not having anything in writing that you can digest and consider. In addition, the sales office is only open about 3.5 days per week for a few hours each day. When I was there in person, and immediately after doing the self-tour, they were very much in a rush to close the office 15-20 minutes prior to their published office hours. Grateful that I did not purchase a lot at PSCC as I did not get the "warm and fuzzies" from their sales staff. One final observation something noted in their documentation is that the land will be turned back over to the Tulalip tribe in 2054 75 year lease signed in 1977, so your investment has a relatively short shelf life.
I've been a member for 10 years now. There's every possible use combination ranging from weekend members who come and go, snowbirds here for summer months, sunbirds escaping the heat elsewhere, to year around residents. It's a microcosm of the world outside the gates both good and bad. The property belongs to the Tulalip Tribes of Washington and it's use is through a long term lease agreement. Members and their guests enjoy numerous amenities including a beautiful lake, swimming pools, family center, camp store, and fitness center. Regarding complaints from some reviewers about the numerous rules and regulations I offer this explanation. Every member signs an agreement that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to follow the regulations governing PSCC. Some of these rules were established long ago and are binding agreements between the Tulalip Tribes and membership. Other rules have come about because of chronic abuse and issues created by a minority of the membership. PSCC isn't a free for all anything goes community. Just like the world outside of the gates, PSCC has a small group that refuse to follow rules, and in some cases, cause safety issues for others. So, be forewarned if you're looking for a camping spot with limited to no regulation then best to keep looking because PSCC isn't for you.
One lot near the lake, store, and facilities. Lived there full time for about 6 months when I moved to Seattle area. This is the perfect place for summer outdoor living AND full time living for those who relish the rustic life. Well managed and well maintained.
Gated private camping club for RV enthusiasts ,plus rentable year-round storage. Vetted members may stay on 1 membership lot six months out of the year
The people I have met are more than just nice and professional . I was looking into buying a membership and asking questions at the sales office. I got the feeling that they were easy to talk to with a happy and friendly attitude that made it seem like these are neighbors I would enjoy living/camping .next to.
Worst park ever. You never know when the back gate will close early and there is no communication when water is shut off or back gate is closed early. Putting flyers up to let people know does not help when I leave for work in the dark and come home in the dark. Selling our place as soon as summer hits. Fist time here and last!
Would be a great place, but something is wrong with the maintenance department. They never seem to be in front of the weather and if it snows they don't plow or sand the main roads. They instead put the responsibility on the site owners and create dangerous situations. They always have the same excuse about insurance too.
A fun place to get away swimming-pools hot tubs camping
