Not to impressed, I showed up there during store hours and the place was closed. Went back a few days later, not the best customer service and not very knowledgeable. They had a good selection but I don't think I'll be going back.

I had issues with my hot tub and the team there helped me get it going. From pump testing to replacing motherboards to reprogramming. I would definitely recommend their services.

What a superb crew there! Mathew, George and Brian are "Super"! We had Brian out to check our tub and his prompt and efficient service was wonderful. Great product with great customer service! What else could you ask for?!

Phoned the store this morning because i had some questions about my hot tub. The guy who i talked to was rude and arrogant, told me i was wrong and basically made me feel like an idiot. Needless to say i wont be telling anyone i know to shop here
