Greatest attraction here is the great customer service. -40 and there is staff out front ensuring a safe entrance by clearing and deicing the entrance in a very cheerful and courteous manner. Lots of the latest home furnishings, great pricing and they do not oversell. One note I would recommend. Salesmen do not try to usurp other sales customers. Very unbecoming.

We've bought most of our appliances here and our last couple of T.V.s. The staff maintain a low pressure approach and seem fairly knowledgeable about the products they sell. The only complaint I would make is on two separate occasions I felt the warehouse staff were a little less careful with my newly purchased products than I would like.

Extremely poor service. Anyone you talk to there is extremely clueless. Do not inform you about ordering procedures instead just take your money and leave you waiting a month to only find out they didn’t order your appliance. Usually have to wait a month or more for the item you purchase. We have bought a washer and dryer here before cuz they seemed ok. However there was issues in the dealing of the dryer too. Was told a stove was ordered for me gave them money for that only to find out a month later when it was suppose to be in they didn’t even order it. There problem solving to this issue was we can order it if u give us more money and it will be arriving in another month. Will never ever buy from them again and certainly will not ever recommend them to any one.

great selection and prices, however, they don't stand behind the products they sell. I realize manufactures should but so should you stand behind what you sell.

Absolutely horrible service, Was told 2-4 weeks for delivery since everything was sitting in a warehouse in Ontario. Haven't heard anything from the store on delivery date so I call to find out nothing has been shipped a month later.... I call back again the next day to talk to a manager and miracuously my order is now in Edmonton but will take 2 weeks to ship it an hour distance. The reason I chose this store was I was told I would have my furniture in time for Christmas but now I have no kitchen table and had to tell my guest we won't be eating at my place since there is no where to sit among other pieces of furniture I needed to entertain people. The response from the manager for all of this was simple. Sorry but nothing he could do and I would just have to wait for it to arrive. This is not good enough answer for me, he did nothing to try and help or find a solution I would be happy with. Seeing all the other reviews I understand know why no one really shops there. Very poor service
