Sam was super helpful for me and my husband. He spent quite some time with us making sure we got the best possible boot fit, trying multiple kinds, brands, and even found me a cooler color for the boots I wanted. Got us socks, while being fun and knowledgeable the whole time. We’ll come back to Sam for skis and helmet advice after getting boots today.

Recently visited the Mississauga location to buy my first pair of snowboard boots and potentially a snowboard and bindings, based on a friend’s recommendation. Initially, the young man Damian assisting me was friendly, but his attitude quickly changed after I tried on 3-4 different boots. He became visibly annoyed, sighing every time I mentioned the boots didn’t fit, and grew increasingly impatient. This made me feel very uncomfortable, and I decided not to proceed with my purchase.nnIt’s worth mentioning that this doesn’t seem to reflect the shop as a whole—while I was there, I noticed other staff members who appeared patient and passionate about their work. Unfortunately, my experience with this particular employee left a negative impression, and I couldn’t see myself supporting the store under these circumstances.

The store itself and its selection is good. The waxing and sharpening department is great. But getting somebody from the staff to get something for you is absolutely impossible. Some just avoid eye contact all together. Really unfortunate because there is stuff to buy here, just nobody wants to sell it to you.nnNEXT VISIT:nIt is very nice of the staff to take into account the comments people leave. This time people checked in on us, made sure we got the help and the same was happening with other customers as well. Zack was extremely friendly and helpful with the snowboard section. Really appreciate their help

Amazing service!nnHad a boot fitting appointment yesterday and was helped out by Sam. He was really helpful and nice to chat with! The boots are much more comfortable and I couldn’t be happier - thank you again Sam :nnI missed the girl behind the cash’s name but she was so sweet. I went back to get something else today and she was just as helpful and kind today!nn10/10, wish I had a reason to go back but I’m pretty well set for the season lol!

This business is definitely worth a great review n* I called, got answers right away n* It’s easy to get there, lots of parking space n* waited less then a minute & was offered assistance n* got cross country skis “Fisher” my favourite brand of skis since I was teenager nnVanessa & Zack were kind & super helpful
